I love how Obama had to march out Kerry to have someone who looks and sounds remotely presidential talk to the nation. Later in the day, Obama's own remarks galvanized like a limp dick. There's a sense that a delay diminishes the effect and increases the possibility that nothing will be done. That's what some of the media types say. That presupposes a strike is the right response.
