Fishermen can go leap out of my way and I cut your nets.
    Not going to happen

    Want to ram me... .
    Not particularly

just tell me how far your nets extend and let me pass.
ah you mean on the radio or are you using flags? but typically anything from 1 to 2 miles is safe depending on the size of vessel. I certainly wouldn't try and cut the nets and you will be a little more than emotional

That was in June 2016... wake up dozy! It's now September 2019 and many people doubtless know they were lied to! How do you know it is the will of the British people now?
Well the odds are on a snap election, so I guess we'll find out. But it doesn't look good for Remain...every time they open their mouths they just sound arrogant and self interested.

ust because there is no written constitution does not mean there is no constitution in the UK which indeed there is based on common law precedent. If it hasn't been done before it is unconstitutional and nobody has used a proroguation before to deny the House of Commons it's right in debating a fundamental issue of the nations constitutional future and quite possibly of the Unions remaining existence.
    Theres always a first!

There was another General election after that in June 2017 remember so these figures are nothing to do with today
You mean the one where Theresa the Appeasers Remain gov decided not to campaign but won anyway? I'm putting money on a landslide for Boris in his election

If you do not have radio you are a liability on the sea. I have cut nets before and will no hesitation in cutting them again as they constitute to potential threat to me.

Which has nothing to do with you quoting statistics of a previous Parliament that no longer exists. The UK is a representative democracy which means it's representatives get to decide; the referendum was advisory. Boris is acting unconstitutionally.

Are you stupid? Do you know what precedent or custom mean? No, a first time that cannot be related to some time it happened before is what makes something unconstitutional or illegal in the UK. I believe 'custom' can proved by having been practice since the reign of Richard ll or in the memory of the oldest living resident of the region - both of which have been won in the courts. That is what 'common law' is.

She did not win - she lost her majority and had to do a deal with the DUP which cost £1bn in extra funding for Northern Ireland.

Now it is all falling apart though. First it seems some aide - media adviser - of the Chancellor (now Sajid Javed, seems the British Indians are happy to put up the fences to European workers in the UK) a Lady who previously worked for the previous Chancellor (Philip Hammond), a Lady by the name of Sonia Khan, was grabbed in No 10 by Dominic Cummings and some of his dubious underlings and accused of 'leaking information' to the former Chancellor - who is in the same Party. Her telephone was apparently checked but no incriminating evidence of her 'leaking' to the same side was apparently found. However armed Police were called to escort the Lady from the premises. It is reported in some papers apparently that Cummings statement was "If you don't like the way I work you can f*ck off." The Chancellor later apparently had a heated discussion with the PM. Surreal one would think.

The second instance of what is referred to as a "Culture of fear" (https://www.theguardian.com/politics...visers-sacking) relates to the Governments worry about Parliament reconvenes this week coming (pretty sure). They know that some Conservative MPs (such as the former Chancellor Philip Hammond etc thus the explosion over this Khan Lady) are not in favour of a no deal Brexit or the proroguation tactic. So according to some reports Dominic Cummings has notified Conservative MPs that if they vote for the extension legislation next week, they will be "automatically deselected" before the next election via Conservative Central Office "even if their local organisations stand by them".

Who elected Dominic Cummings to deselect MPs? I am not sure how they can deselect an MP or a candidate even if the local Party wish them to remain. As far as I know that would break the Tory Party rules themselves. Sure there was always Central Party Office can put pressure on an MP by speaking to the local Party Chairman - that was always normal but if the local Party stand by their chosen representative that is their choice. The local Party selects - hopefully a local person who understands the area and can actually represent the views of the voters of the area - not the Central Party.

This second threat to 'deselect' any Tory MP who votes against this bunch of hoodlums that poses as a Government and threatens it's own MPs I imagine may cause some to cross the floor to join another Party - or become independents perhaps. It is also hypocritical as apparently the former Chancellor pointed out that eight of the sitting members of the cabinet voted against Theresa May's Brexit deal. and parliament has been acting against the 2016 referendum. even now All Conservative MPs (total: 317)
            Remain — 176
            Leave — 138
            Not disclosed — 3

To suit the purposes of the ruling elite who conveniently find laws going back centuries at the turn of a coin when it suits them and their skewed agenda, They're fooling nobody and neither are you. Its truly pathetic!

Assembly there was over and it was time to go to the elections in a few months.

Here you have parliament in session and its being suspended for running too long.

Which means proroguing happens before every election ? if parliament is dissolved then its election time.

Quite possibly it will depend on what happens this week. There will however be a Queens speech in October setting out the new government's policies

If parliament wants to oppose what ever deal materialises then nine days should be enough.

If there is no deal those nine days will also be enough.

So people do have a say here. Perhaps not enough time to get the best but enough to prevent an unacceptable outcome.

                        Is this accurate ?

I never said you were. Look it's fine if you think a no deal Brexit will be good for the UK - I think you are deeply ignorant if you believe that but fine that is your 'faith'. What is not alright to do is say that those who voted 'leave' in 2016 voted for a no deal Brexit or that when they were told that Brexit would "restore Parliamentary sovereignty" it is ok to suspend Parliament for 34 days - including Ministers who said it would be unconstitutional - to stop the peoples representatives having their say.
