At least 1,400 children were subjected to "appalling" sexual exploitation in Rotherham between 1997 and 2013, a report has found.

Children as young as 11 were raped by multiple perpetrators, abducted, trafficked to other cities in England, beaten and intimidated it said.

The report was commissioned by Rotherham Borough Council in 2013.

Five men from the town were jailed for sexual offences against girls in 2010.

Professor Alexis Jay, who wrote the report, said there had been "blatant" collective failures by the council's leadership, senior managers had "underplayed" the scale of the problem and South Yorkshire Police had failed to prioritise the issue.

She also found the majority of perpetrators were of Pakistani heritage.

Prof Jay said: "It is hard to describe the appalling nature of the abuse that child victims suffered."

She said she found examples of "children who had been doused in petrol and threatened with being set alight, threatened with guns, made to witness brutally-violent rapes and threatened they would be next if they told anyone".

“How the Chief Executive of Rotherham Council, Martin Kimber, can sit there and glibly tell the world that not one person has been sacked, nor disciplined regarding this matter is beyond me. We are talking about children as young as 11 being trafficked, gang raped, beaten, plied with alcohol and drugs, and even threaten with being burned alive. My outrage at these events is simply beyond words!”

“There has been three previous reports commissioned and it’s taken a fourth before anything has happened.”

“This is the same council that in 2012, persecuted and ruined the lives of a foster couple who were providing a good, stable home to foster children, simply because they were members of UKIP. At the same time, the very same people leading this persecution of these good and law abiding people, were harbouring and enabling Pakistani and Kashmiri paedophiles to commit the most heinous crimes against our kids. The whole situation is simply outrageous and apologies are not enough in this case!”

“I categorically call for the resignation of everyone directly and indirectly involved in this case. The Labour Council stand accused of deliberately ignoring child sex abuse victims for 16 years. The apologies we have heard are totally insincere and go nowhere near repairing the damage done. These resignations should include South Yorkshire’s Police and Crime Commissioner, Shaun Wright who until his election into the PPC post, held responsible positions with Rotherham council. I also call for a criminal investigation by a force not directly linked with this scandal in to all those implicated in this scandal. There is no place for these people in public life.

This has to be one of the biggest Paedophile Scandals to ever take place in the UK. Rotherham Council refused to act on this from 1997 to 2013 due to fear of being labelled "Racist". :slap:

Rotherham dads were arrested after tracking down abusers.
Two fathers whose daughters were victims of child sex exploitation tracked down their abusers – only to be arrested by police themselves.
The dads had attempted to remove their daughters from houses where abuse was taking place, but they were the ones who were then arrested by police.
Prof Jay’s inquiry said police often treated victims with ‘contempt’, frequently arresting them while taking no action against those committing offences.
Her report said: “In two of the cases, fathers tracked down their daughters and tried to remove them from houses where they were being abused, only to be arrested themselves when police were called to the scene.
“In a small number of cases, the victims themselves were arrested for offences such as breach of the peace or being drunk and disorderly, with no action taken against the perpetrators of rape and sexual assault against children.”

Do they even realize that "Asian" is a broad term and includes people from Oriental countries like Japan/China/Korea and from South Asian countries like India?

This report isnt anywhere near enough or "case closed", its only scratching the surface. I think this whole thing about Pakistani child-abusers and sex-offenders preying on mainly English girls should be treated as one of the UK's national priorities. The scale of just the Rotherham case is incomprehensible. What about all the other parts of Britain where this is known to have gone on, and probably still does?

They flee persecution in their country and once in UK/West they start the same shit - Islam, Sharia Law, Jihadi activities. The very concept of freedom and democracy doesn't suit these people. Instead of being grateful, they do everything possible to make their adopted country the hell-hole they came from. Deport these dogs to their country of origin, even if they are 2nd/3rd generation Britishers along with their entire family, afterall it's the family's failure to install human values into their offsprings.

And racism? Seriously? Young girls get raped and prostituted and men of law arrest the fathers instead. Something is seriously wrong with British leaders and their policies. Show some spine and make tough laws. Analyse crime date & use it to restrict immigration from countries whose citizens are found breaking laws. Get inspired from Islamic countries and invoke the Sharia Law death penalty to deal with Muslim criminals. Give them what they deserve.
