Swiss voters rejected a trio of environmental proposals on Sunday, including a new law intended to help the country meet its goal for cutting carbon emissions under the Paris Agreement on Climate Change.

Didn't really watch the video, but for the Swiss this was mostly about the car lobby colluding with rightwing-extremist parties and libertarians to convince a majority that higher taxes are not in their interest.

Of course the population followed that.
