I arrived at the Guardroom and presented myself "Woodsy the lar at your service Corporal" and then came a rather loud reply take out all the swear words and your left with "Shut up nig" Then I asked when is the Bar Open and after another bout of swearing was told at 18.00 and its your round!

In Bovington the Mighty "A" didnt have a Squadron Bar just the NAAFI BAR!:) and this was open at 18.00

i dont know where you get the impression that A/sqd were mighty ,, that accolade was reserved for B / sqd :)

i dont know where you get the impression that A/sqd were mighty ,, that accolade was reserved for B / sqd :)

And Reserved is the way they should remain..After many years of real tanky(ing) you may get the Honour of joining a Proper Sqn
