F-16 vs MiG-29 Support Costs

I've seen some threads on here claiming that F-16 maintenance and support costs are less than the MiG-29. What sources do any of you have to back up those statements?

The engine overhauls seem to be the most costly, and it seems the aircraft have similar hours between engine overhaul.

I thought this may be an interesting topic, since most of the comparisons are only on capability.

2 engines vs 1 engine - seems logical that the Mig would have higher maintenance costs, especially since I have continued to hear over the years that Russian engines have a shorter life than western counterparts.
