  • I believe in equal rights. Women should not deserve more protection nor preferential treatment.

Russia is such a backward country, thinking women need protection. European women are progressives and can take care of themselves.

Beating up anyone who doesn't look aryan-slavic, even so much as squints an eye towards anything that might insult Mother Russia or Daddy Putin and isn't piss drunk like all of them all the time seems to be a regular sport there. For decades now.
For ever. If the refugees had fought back sufficiently well they'd all be singing down at the pub now, the assaults against the women completely forgotten.

          • Tip of the iceberg , stay vigilant , good luck .

In the latest of a series of raids, German police have searched two homes in a rural village after a television channel interviewed a suspected Islamic State commander living there as a refugee.

Sankt Johann is a small village in the south west German state, Rhineland-Palatinate. Something of a rural idyll, its 800 residents live between vineyards in the shadow of a 14th century Gothic church. And yet, as SPIEGEL TV reports, this weekend it was the scene of police raids on two Islamic State-linked suspects living in refugee housing.

Prosecutors’ office spokesman Michael Neuhaus said the two men targeted by the operation are “suspected of taking part in the Syrian civil war as members of a foreign terrorist organisation”. He said there were “no immediate indications that a concrete attack was planned” but declined to give any further details.

Two houses in the village are used to house Syrian refugees, but among the opponents of the Assad regime living there SPIEGEL TV tracked down a suspected commander of the Islamic State terror group after tip offs from other Syrian activists. They had identified him as a man called Bassam, a notorious commander said to be responsible for the deaths of dozens of people.

A 32-year-old man, he allegedly fought in the ranks of Islamic State fighters in the eastern Syrian city of Deir ez-Zor before leaving via Turkey to seek asylum in Germany. Starting his fighting career with rebel jihadists in Al Kasra, the man in question is understood to have joined Sunni Islamist militias fighting the Syrian Government as part of the al-Qaeda affiliated al-Nusra Front, before graduating to the even more extreme Salafi jihadists of Islamic State.

His original ambition had been to be a suicide bomber, but his brother had used his position as a Sharia judge to secure him his officer’s role.

In late summer last year Bassam was captured at a checkpoint north of Aleppo by Free Syrian Army soldiers following intelligence that he was fleeing to Turkey with tens of thousands of dollars in cash. For reasons unknown he was released after 20 days, with a memory card for a telephone holding masses of Islamic State propaganda but without his money.

Incredibly, German security services were said to have been oblivious to his presence in Germany since last autumn until SPIEGEL TV’s research alerted them to it.

For his part Bassam denies ever being an Islamic State fighter, and says he has nothing more to do with his brother. He also claims to have no idea why he was captured by soldiers from the Free Syrian Army.

For now he wants to concentrate on his professional future, telling SPIEGEL TV: “I want to learn German and work as a cook.”

As Breitbart London recently reported, German security forces have received more than 100 tip-offs that Islamic State fighters may be hiding among migrants currently staying in the country.

Of which 80% have been found to be slander motivated by personal animosity between the accuser and the accused...

Interestingly, German domestic intelligence has analyzed cases of actual discovered fighters to be intentional plants by ISIS that are positioned as part of a strategy to discredit refugees and create a general feeling of insecurity in the population. In other words - propagating such insecurity ("stay vigilant") only helps ISIS' strategy.

The more problematic thing observed in Germany are refugees being recruited by local (ethnic German) salafist and other islamist groups to radicalize refugees. Couple hundred recruitment tries observed.

Follow-up on that: Police is currently assuming that this was part of a turf war. Three people have been arrested in the investigation so far and multiple offices of two security companies have been searched. There are also investigations into whether this turf war involves a biker gang; security services are part of the legitimate activities of such gangs in Germany. Conceptually, throwing a hand grenade into someone's back yard is the Balkan gang way of warning another group. The three arrested are accused of violating war weapons laws (i.e. possessing illegal weapons - such as hand grenades), not of attempted murder.

Why is Germany importing more foreign gangs, if not terrorists, into the country?

Raids reveal large stashes of weapons and ammunition
PARIS (ChurchMilitant.com) - In the wake of the November 13 Paris terrorist attacks that claimed more than 130 lives, the French government is ordering up to 160 mosques to be shut down in the coming months. Raids have revealed large stashes of weapons and ammunition.

The government's emergency powers grant it the right to take this extraordinary measure, and mosques that are unlicensed or have a history of "preaching hatred" are being singled out.

One of France's chief imams, Hassan El Alaoui, said last Wednesday, "According to official figures and our discussions with the interior ministry, between 100 and 160 more mosques will be closed because they are run illegally without proper licenses, they preach hatred, or use takfiri speech." Takfiri speech involves sectarian slurs leveled by one Muslim against fellow Muslims.

"This kind of speech shouldn't even be allowed in Islamic countries, let alone secure countries like France," El Alaoui said.

Weapons and ammunition seized from a mosque
Meanwhile, several of these mosques have been raided, revealing a "staggering" number of weapons and ammunition. Sunday, authorities conducted a raid on a mosque in Lagny-sur-Marne, 18 miles east of Paris, and uncovered 334 weapons and a large quantity of 7.62mm Kalashnikov ammunition, along with ISIS propaganda videos.

Police also turned up recordings of chants "glorifying the martyrs of jihad linked to the terrorist organization Jabhat al-Nusra," the Syrian branch of Al-Qaeda. The chants were found among teaching materials for youth in a madrassa, or private religious school for boys, connected to the mosque. According to the prefecture of police, "No request was made to open a private school."

Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve said, "In 15 days we have seized one third of the quantity of war-grade weapons that are normally seized in a year.
                      "

As a result, 232 Muslims have been taken into custody and nine placed on house arrest. It's the third mosque since the November 13 attacks to be shut down, with many more expected in the future. Muslim-owned businesses and homes are also being searched, with 2,235 raided so far.

France currently has the largest Muslim population in Western Europe, with about 2,600 mosques total in the country. The Schengen Agreement, which abolished border checks among the 26 member states, allows residents of the European Union — more than 400 million — to travel freely throughout Europe without showing identification or being screened. The border policy may be reconsidered, as it gives easy access to undocumented migrants — including radical Muslims — to infiltrate the country and stage future terrorist attacks.

                      • @gunnut:

The ones arrested are Germans that we imported from the Soviet Union in the 90s - German nationality and all that.

Probably part of United Tribuns, which along with rival gang Black Jackets and some minor activity by the Hell's Angels control related interests in the south of the state; there's rumours United Tribuns are recently aligned with Hell's Angels, at least their Villingen-Schwenningen chapter (the city where the attack took place) - UT controls the club security guard scene there as a semi-legitimate front.
United Tribuns was founded by a Bosnian refugee something like a decade ago (but mostly consists of Germans), Black Jackets by Germans, Turks and Yugoslavs in the mid-80s. Our gangs tend to be pretty international, and larger gangs like these operate across Europe - often out of necessity, because their bosses tend to flee the German police by moving to Yugoslavia, Turkey or Spain. We're talking groups with a couple thousand members each btw.

                        • Ah OK. I've heard about the German police. I spoke to this old air force guy who was stationed in Germany. He said "don't mess with those Polizei!" I've read about the "polizei" in other forums too. GIs who didn't give a crap about their commanders actually feared the polizei.

Round here where GIs were stationed police took along some US MPs for situations where they'd encounter those GIs who'd want to mess with them. MP usually went in with batons drawn from the start. At least back in the 80s.
