Austria having broken off relations on the 26th formally rejected the Serbian reply on July 27. Germany's leader has apparently been out on a cruise and the German government has apparently been being run by low level officials.

Well, Austria has rejected Serbia's reply and declared war, Russia has announced mobilization... Seems the die has been cast.

Pfff.... you think Europe has troubles, why over here I can't even find a decent tradesmen to install my new in ground hot tub! The stress is unbelievable.

Why don't you just dig a hole in the ground, fill it up with some water, let it sit a couple of days and call it a natural mud bath with medicinal virtues...
