The North Caucus Islamists are probing security measures in the run-up to Sochi. Naida Asiyalova (30) isn't exactly a Black Widow. Her husband (Dmitry Sokolov a/k/a Abdul Jabbar) is an ethnic Russian and explosives expert and is still at large. Asiyalova reportedly has a fatal bone condition and it could very well be that her husband wired her up.

Yesterday, Russian security forces caught up with the husband of Volgograd suicide bomber Naida Asiyalova in a village in Dagastan. During negotiations to surrender, Dmitry Sokolov admitted constructing the bomb which killed his wife and six others. He allowed a woman and a child to leave the house but refused to surrender. Sokolov and four other terrorists were killed in an ensuing gun battle.
