1) Strict control on the sale of fertilizer.

3) Infiltration into places of worship and religious schools.

4) Introduce sleeper cells within ghettos and well know flash point areas.

5) Strict anti-terrorist laws that give real teeth to the police, WITHOUT POLITICAL MANIPULATION (a paramilitary police force within the force that answers to civil servants and not elected representatives).

6) Whistle blower protection ensured by the state, including alternate identities and means of livelihood elsewhere.

7) Financial incntives for actionable authentic information.

8) Close watch on all with known relations or links with enemy countries.

9) Tighten monitoring on foreign remittances from flash point sources or terror link countries.

10) Expedited closure of cases and execution of apprehended terrorists, without any normal post-mortem rights or rites.

Didn't realise that it was your regiment at Kapyong fighting alongside 3RAR Sir. Bloody tough fight that one. In some ways it is unfortunate that the anniversary of the battle falls on ANZAC Day here.
