Where is the County Clerk Registrar in Switzerland Municipalities?

Was wondering where to get tax information by looking up through block lots or some other way over there. Was curious how much Zurich commercial property pays in actual taxes not the percentages given per canton/municipality/federation etc... I am sure someone knows it in Germany and it may be similar.

also wandering if Switzerland has LLcs where you do not need Swiss citizens as part of board like the regular corp.
