Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the world, Who created us Muslims and Who blessed us with Jihad on His straight way. Peace and blessings be to Prophet Muhammad, his family, his disciples and all who follow him till the Day of Judgment!
«Lo! Those who hide the proofs and the guidance which We revealed, after We had made it clear to mankind in the Scripture: such are accursed of Allah and accursed of those who have the power to curse».

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: «Whom of the servants Allah appointed as a master, and on the day of his death he dies when his subordinates are deceived, then Allah will forbid him the Paradise».
Mujahideen of Chechnya are accusing you of genocide of the Chechen people, of hiding and distorting the Truth – the Koran and the Sunnah of the Prophet (peace be upon him), of fomenting discord among Muslims, of active cooperation with the Kafirs (the infidels), of enslaving the Muslims and of hypocrisy.
We have appealed to the Shariah Court with the charges against you. We have brought up enough evidence of your guilt to the Shariah Court. And now you bring up the proofs of your innocence if you have any. But you know full well that the word «Wahhab» is one of the wonderful names of Almighty Allah, which means «The One Who Grants», and the meaning of the word «Wahhabist» would mean «follower of the One Who Grants», - «worshipper of Allah», i.e. a Muslim. You made this word a common noun and committed a sin against millions of Muslims whom you and the ones like you have deceived, because it is a blasphemy to be cursing with the name of Allah. This is one of the truths that you are concealing from people.
You also made up a myth about a united and friendly family of the nations of Russia, even though Allah says:
«O you who believe! Do not take My enemy and your enemy for friends…»

And you are offering all of us friendship with the ungodly and with the enemies of Muslims. We do not consider most of Russians to be Christians. In our understanding, they are heathens and polytheists, but not Christians, because they have created all kinds of idols and deities for themselves.
So, who are you then, - their voluntary slaves and followers?

In the 16th century Russians captured Kazan and killed tens of thousands of Muslims. Many were baptized by force.
In commemoration of «great victory over Moslems» the Russian church placed «prostrate Moslem crescent» (depicting defeated Islam) under its cross.
For 300 years «Tatar-Mongol YOKE» was taking a tithe from Russians once a year as a tax, but not like Russian princes, who were taking two thirds from the same population. This «YOKE» did not bother the local administrative bodies or churches; it did not convert Russians to Islam by force and did not cast down crosses under the crescent (here is an interesting thing: Russians were under «Yoke» for 300 years, and we were under «peace and friendship» for 400 years).
Up until this day the cast-down crescent is under crosses on many churches in Central Russia (all you have to do is look on the cupolas of Temple of Christ the Savior in Moscow). But on the outskirts, where the Muslim population prevails, they replaced the crescent with a curved line under the cross, out of «compassion» to the locals. These crosses are not only on the churches, but they are on all attributes or Russia's power: on the coat-of-arms, on the double-headed hermaphrodite, on the banknotes, on emblems… everywhere you can imagine.
Why talk about crosses, when today the Muslims whom you deceived are carrying the double-headed symbol of Satan that depicts imperial chauvinism and genocide of Muslims? And the history has very many examples of genocide of any Muslim nation languishing in Russian slavery.

«Prescribed» means «ordered». And Almighty Allah orders us to wage war when He says:
«Warfare is ordained for you, though it is hateful unto you; but it may happen that ye hate a thing which is good for you, and it may happen that ye love a thing which is bad for you. Allah knoweth, ye know not».

Allah also says:
«O ye who believe! Fight the unbelievers who gird you about, and let them find firmness in you: and know that God is with those who fear Him».

One man wanted solitude, he came to the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) and asked him about it. The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) answered him:
«Do not do it, because a place of one of you in the ranks on the way of Allah is better than a prayer read at home in 70 years. Do you not want Allah to forgive you your sins and ascend you to Paradise? Come out on the ways of Allah. Whoever fought on the way of Allah for a time period equal to a Fuwak (a period between milking a she-camel), he will certainly be granted Paradise».
Abu Huraira said:
«Can any of you start the prayer and not stop, start fasting and not break it as long as he lives?” They said unto him: «Who would ever be able to do such a thing, o Abu Huraira?» He said, «I swear by the One, in Whose hands my life is: a sleep of a Mujahid on the way of Allah is better than this!»
(Ibn Mubarak, «Al-Jihad» 95/1)
So what are you offering instead? «Peaceful and traditional Islam» with its cringing, depravity, hypocrisy and ignorance? Or are you offering to become the «Muslims» just like you are, who sold their souls to Iblis (Satan) and their bodies to the KGB?
For us this kind of bargain would be of great disadvantage. We have made a more profitable deal with Allah, where the merchandise is Paradise, where the way of trade is Jihad, and where the form of payment is sacrificing our souls and our property.

Participation in Jihad points out at deep Iman (Faith) and love to Allah not verbally, but in practice. Therefore the Koran highly appreciates Jihad and slams those who turn away from it under all kinds of excuses, and rebukes them for hypocrisy and debauchery, saying that they are sick in their hearts and do not love Allah or His Prophet (PBUH).
Allah says:
«Say: If it be that your fathers, your sons, your brothers, your mates, or your kindred; the wealth that ye have gained; the commerce in which ye fear a decline: or the dwellings in which ye delight - are dearer to you than God, or His Apostle, or the striving in His cause;- then wait until God brings about His decision: and God guides not the rebellious».

You are secret enemies of Islam, which is worse than overt enemies. You are no Muftis, you are «muftins», which means «the ones who sow discord». You and the ones like you, who made the religion their sinecure, have managed to lure many Muslims into the slave’s stalls of the Kafirs, while claiming that Jihad is not mandatory. At the same time you made it mandatory to fulfill the «international duty», «establishing of constitutional order» and «conducting of anti-counter- and super-terrorist operations».
By your blessing today Muslims of Russia are being sent to Chechen Republic of Ichkeria (Tatars and Bashkirs first of all), who are fighting and killing Muslims and plunging into the gravest sin – murdering a coreligionist. For what sake?
You, the ones who claim spiritual leadership over the Muslims of Russia, could have preserved them from that sin, had you really been concerned with the fate of the Muslims, but you are «muftins», you are the ones sowing discord. You could have preserved them from doing it even without violating the laws of Russia, since all Muslims have the right for alternative military service, due to their religious beliefs.
But fear before the solidarity of Muslims and your «traditional Islam» are obliging you to cringe and to seek favor from the Kafirs, instead of seeking favor from Almighty Allah. This is exactly why you are throwing thousands and thousands of people whom you deceive into the fire of hell, and down here they only have the right to kill or be killed.
A vivid example is a former commandant of the village of Old Atagi, a captain from St. Petersburg (of Tatar descent), who was killed in 2001. Conscience awakened in him; he started visiting a mosque each Friday unarmed, he started treating the villagers normally and protecting them from the tyranny by the military. But when he tried to stick up for five locals taken away for ransom to the base of 205th Brigade, it cost him his life.
Chechens witnessed how he was shot right at the checkpoint, when Russians reminded him that he was a gook, a Muslim and the same way the Chechens are, even though he was just trying to do no more than his job as a military commandant. That same evening «Vesti» news program from Moscow reported that he was killed by bad Chechens.
If these are the rights that Muslim officers have, then any rights of Muslim privates are totally out of the question. Especially compliance with elementary norms and requirements of Islam. But sure, you don’t want to be bothered with it. You are only concerned with maintaining purity of the «traditional Islam».
You, the «muftins» are very stupid but brave serfs, since you dare abolish or change the instructions of Almighty Allah. One verse from the Koran is enough to wage Jihad, where Allah says:
«And fight them on until there is no more tumult or oppression, and there prevail justice and faith in God altogether and everywhere».

Is everything all right with our religion? Or is there no tumult or oppression (or where can it come from since everybody has already been oppressed and tempted?) Or are we living by the Shariah, which Allah demands from us? Are we giving our Zakat (charity) properly (at least) and it is distributed the way it’s supposed to? Or do you not get interest from your bank accounts? Are we eating only what is clean and permitted? If not, please explain it to us the ignorant ones, what is the traditionalism of Islam?
If we are «mere bandits and terrorists fighting for money and having nothing to do with Jihad”, then show us how Jihad must be conducted properly, not in words, but in practice. But with no perversions like «Great Jihad of peaceful construction and creation», which is possible only in the conditions of Independence of Muslims and when a free Islamic State is built.
Once Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) was asked by one Muslim: «O Muhammad, will I be a Muslim if I declare that there is no other god but Allah, if I pray five times a day, observe the fast, give to charity, make a Hajj, but if I do not wage Jihad?» «Yes», Prophet (PBUH) answered.
The asker was satisfied by the answer and got up to leave. Then Prophet (PBUH) asked him:
«O servant of Allah, if you will not wage Jihad, then how are you going to observe these duties?» (Bukhari) How are you going to be Muslims if you do not wage Jihad?
Or do you think that the Koran became outdated for our times, like «muftin» Kadyrov believes?

«Do not do it, because a place of one of you in the ranks on the way of Allah is better than a prayer read at home in 70 years. Do you not want Allah to forgive you your sins and ascend you to Paradise? Come out on the ways of Allah. Whoever fought on the way of Allah for a time period equal to a Fuwak (a period between milking a she-camel), he will certainly be granted Paradise».
Abu Huraira said:
«Can any of you start the prayer and not stop, start fasting and not break it as long as he lives?” They said unto him: «Who would ever be able to do such a thing, o Abu Huraira?» He said, «I swear by the One, in Whose hands my life is: a sleep of a Mujahid on the way of Allah is better than this!»

So what are you offering instead? «Peaceful and traditional Islam» with its cringing, depravity, hypocrisy and ignorance? Or are you offering to become the «Muslims» just like you are, who sold their souls to Iblis (Satan) and their bodies to the KGB?
For us this kind of bargain would be of great disadvantage. We have made a more profitable deal with Allah, where the merchandise is Paradise, where the way of trade is Jihad, and where the form of payment is sacrificing our souls and our property.
Almighty Allah says in the Holy Koran:
«God hath purchased of the believers their persons and their goods; for theirs (in return) is the garden (of Paradise): they fight in His cause, and slay and are slain: a promise binding on Him in truth, through the Law (the Torah), the Gospel, and the Qur'an: and who is more faithful to his covenant than God? Then rejoice in the bargain which ye have concluded: that is the achievement supreme».
(Koran, «Repentance», 111)
Participation in Jihad points out at deep Iman (Faith) and love to Allah not verbally, but in practice. Therefore the Koran highly appreciates Jihad and slams those who turn away from it under all kinds of excuses, and rebukes them for hypocrisy and debauchery, saying that they are sick in their hearts and do not love Allah or His Prophet (PBUH).
Allah says:
«Say: If it be that your fathers, your sons, your brothers, your mates, or your kindred; the wealth that ye have gained; the commerce in which ye fear a decline: or the dwellings in which ye delight - are dearer to you than God, or His Apostle, or the striving in His cause;- then wait until God brings about His decision: and God guides not the rebellious».
(Koran, «Repentance», 24)
You are secret enemies of Islam, which is worse than overt enemies. You are no Muftis, you are «muftins», which means «the ones who sow discord». You and the ones like you, who made the religion their sinecure, have managed to lure many Muslims into the slave’s stalls of the Kafirs, while claiming that Jihad is not mandatory. At the same time you made it mandatory to fulfill the «international duty», «establishing of constitutional order» and «conducting of anti-counter- and super-terrorist operations».
By your blessing today Muslims of Russia are being sent to Chechen Republic of Ichkeria (Tatars and Bashkirs first of all), who are fighting and killing Muslims and plunging into the gravest sin – murdering a coreligionist. For what sake?
You, the ones who claim spiritual leadership over the Muslims of Russia, could have preserved them from that sin, had you really been concerned with the fate of the Muslims, but you are «muftins», you are the ones sowing discord. You could have preserved them from doing it even without violating the laws of Russia, since all Muslims have the right for alternative military service, due to their religious beliefs.
But fear before the solidarity of Muslims and your «traditional Islam» are obliging you to cringe and to seek favor from the Kafirs, instead of seeking favor from Almighty Allah. This is exactly why you are throwing thousands and thousands of people whom you deceive into the fire of hell, and down here they only have the right to kill or be killed.
A vivid example is a former commandant of the village of Old Atagi, a captain from St. Petersburg (of Tatar descent), who was killed in 2001. Conscience awakened in him; he started visiting a mosque each Friday unarmed, he started treating the villagers normally and protecting them from the tyranny by the military. But when he tried to stick up for five locals taken away for ransom to the base of 205th Brigade, it cost him his life.
Chechens witnessed how he was shot right at the checkpoint, when Russians reminded him that he was a gook, a Muslim and the same way the Chechens are, even though he was just trying to do no more than his job as a military commandant. That same evening «Vesti» news program from Moscow reported that he was killed by bad Chechens.
If these are the rights that Muslim officers have, then any rights of Muslim privates are totally out of the question. Especially compliance with elementary norms and requirements of Islam. But sure, you don’t want to be bothered with it. You are only concerned with maintaining purity of the «traditional Islam».
You, the «muftins» are very stupid but brave serfs, since you dare abolish or change the instructions of Almighty Allah. One verse from the Koran is enough to wage Jihad, where Allah says:
«And fight them on until there is no more tumult or oppression, and there prevail justice and faith in God altogether and everywhere».
(Koran, «The Spoils of War», 39)
Is everything all right with our religion? Or is there no tumult or oppression (or where can it come from since everybody has already been oppressed and tempted?) Or are we living by the Shariah, which Allah demands from us? Are we giving our Zakat (charity) properly (at least) and it is distributed the way it’s supposed to? Or do you not get interest from your bank accounts? Are we eating only what is clean and permitted? If not, please explain it to us the ignorant ones, what is the traditionalism of Islam?
If we are «mere bandits and terrorists fighting for money and having nothing to do with Jihad”, then show us how Jihad must be conducted properly, not in words, but in practice. But with no perversions like «Great Jihad of peaceful construction and creation», which is possible only in the conditions of Independence of Muslims and when a free Islamic State is built.
Once Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) was asked by one Muslim: «O Muhammad, will I be a Muslim if I declare that there is no other god but Allah, if I pray five times a day, observe the fast, give to charity, make a Hajj, but if I do not wage Jihad?» «Yes», Prophet (PBUH) answered.
The asker was satisfied by the answer and got up to leave. Then Prophet (PBUH) asked him:
«O servant of Allah, if you will not wage Jihad, then how are you going to observe these duties?» (Bukhari) How are you going to be Muslims if you do not wage Jihad?
Or do you think that the Koran became outdated for our times, like «muftin» Kadyrov believes?
