How many years in?

So, you guys are rednecks, too?

Well, I live in Arizona and do spend a lot of time in or around my swimming pool, so I am a color not generally found in nature. Sort of dried brown leather. But culturally, no dude, no redneck here; I'm like, you know, a southern Californian. I grew up at the beach in the immortal words of Don Henley and Glen Frey, "just too busy being fabulous." In fact, here is me in my misspent youth; with and without facial hair.

I think I might be getting close to twenty now. I am also fairly certain that they only keep me around to train the new folks and have some dastardly plan to place me in a glass case that reads "break open in case of war." I have a bit of the "been there, done that" attitude going on. It's been difficult being an NCO in a service that has no regard for the E's.

Dude....so basically every time a service changed unifroms you changed service so you wouldn't have to buy the new one.

Good Plan!

Does 6 years in the Rhodesian War count, with some family members in for the whole 15? It was quite informal, mind you, just protecting the farm and burning out the terrorists in neighbouring villages.
