I've streamed several hours of her videos over the last year. I don't seek out her content, it usually autoplays after something else I picked to listen to in the background while doing other stuff on my PC. But agreed, quite brilliant.
That was probably AXMAT unit, lol but seriously, it is both, one does not exclude the other. they realized motor vehicles are too easy to kill by drones, with horses, you can quickly get into wooded area where drones are not that easy to operate, you can not really do that with a car, or even a bike, horses are also can cross any terrain except mountains. and they were probably available at that particular place.I've just watched some video of an Ukranian drone taking out russian horse troops... a horse cavalry troop. I actually thought this was a fake, then double checked and it does look like russia is now using horse cavalry?! Is this a sign of how short they are on vehicles or something else?!
I've watched a lot of her WW2 analytic podcasts. She's a brilliant woman.
Yep, I wish I'd had her as a University lecturer (in just about any topic)! No theater or drama, just buttoned down, unemotional facts and if you challenged her position? Fine! No implied 'how dare you' no tantrum, just a calm, unemotional, fact based rebuttal. She is sort of the anti-Roy Casagranda.
Both regularly pop up in my feeds. Both do great sounding 1-2 minute bits. Every time I fact check her she is right. Every time I fact check him he is misrepresenting something. Not necessarily lying about everything, but misrepresenting something. She is always accurate & on point.
