Rex: I've known Ray a long, long time. He is our electrical/electronics Battleship expert. When we inspected the Iowa back in 2006, he was my co-driver on both inspection trips. Unfortunately we were a bit short handed and I had to make a Mechanical Engineer out of him to survey all of the pumps, turbines, coolers, etc. in all 8 main machinery spaces. Did a darn good job too.
