      Eruption by Van Halen is the sickest, most bada** guitar solo of all time.

      Probably Watchtower or Sweet Child.

            The best riff - assuming intros' are allowed - surely is form the single Chop Suey! by System of a Down...? Well, if not, it is my ring-tone; 'nuff said!
