Muslims have low to nil education. Since most of them have less education, they fill their family with 4 or more children. The local mullahs brief them that all is Allah's giving. Now, health wise, the wives get older sooner, so the husband looks out for another woman to wed. Another 4 children from the newly wed one. And so it continues.

The more children a man has, the less chances of them being educated. But with small time work, the family goes by. This is also the class that is highly insecure of hindus, believing in propaganda, and involved in all sorts of criminal activity. If I didn't have work, I'd steal. Simple. I have to eat, right?

And our western terrorist neighbour constantly uses propaganda to show India (and now Modi) is stigmatising muslims, which is picked up by leftist publications of the west, as well as this class of muslims from India as holy gospel. Suits are a luxury for even healthcare workers. If no one is giving himself/herself up voluntarily, they need to be arrested ASAP by riot police, and quarantined. There's no other way about it.
