Germany is currently charging a 95-year-old woman in a youth court - since she was under 18 when the crime occured, and there's no statute of limitations on accessory to murder in 10,000 cases. The woman worked as a secretary for the commander of Itzehoe concentration camp when she was 17-19 in 1943-1945.
In a similar case a 93-year-old man last year was sentenced to two years prison by a youth court, set out on probation. At the time it was speculated that this might be the last case to be trialled on Holocaust-related crimes - two other cases against men of similar age were cancelled due to the accused not being triable for medical reasons. The last case successfully concluded before that one was in 2015 (in a case in 2016 the accused died before he could be sentenced).
However, the 95-year-old secretary isn't the last one either. One week later we're now also charging the to my knowledge so far oldest criminal in court, a 100-year-old former concentration camp guard. That'll be in a regular court.
