After seven years of traveling through space, the Huygens spacecraft landed on Saturn’s moon Titan on Jan. 14, 2005. The probe took pictures of the surface and sent them back to Earth, where they have since been carefully studied. This marked the first landing in the outer solar system and the farthest landing of any man-made vessel.
It may have just been the beginning, though. The information gathered has helped scientists get a better understanding of Titan as more exploration and travel is planned. The Saturn moon is the only object in the solar system, besides Earth, to host stable bodies of liquid on its surface. Unfortunately for us, though, those lakes are made of methane and ethane.

The Cassini spacecraft, which launched the Huygens probe from its orbit around Saturn, continues to study the planet from its location. Other NASA missions are set to arrive at Jupiter by 2016 and to continue exploring deeper space.
Removing a single turd from the cesspool doesn't make any difference.
