A vote has taken place but that is not what your comment was about. Parliament took the UK into the European Community (1972) and unless the Supreme Court rules otherwise Parliament must decide to start the process of leaving.

my comment was about people like you cant tell the difference between 2 events: a vote for brexit (the referendum) and brexit. the original article is about the 1st event, not the 2nd. so saying "brexit hasnt happened" is completely irrelevant and ridiculous.
