Yes, It's from the Spectator, a Pro Brexit magazine. I don't agree with that, but I thought the point that perhaps the remainers in charge are interpreting the vote as instructions to implement the nastiest possible version of Brexit possible was interesting. If you read the Express, Mail and Sun that's exactly the message they are sending, however the Telegraph and Spectator seem to be advocating a more internationalist approach. More worldly and open Brexiteers like Dan Hannan wh (who the Guardian describe as 'The man who brought you Brexit') seems to be losing the argument.
