Didn't look like a bleve. The Ammonia was already super heated and if the fire that heated it contained significant hydrocarbons it'd go in the same way as a Blu-82. Be aware this is from memory harking back to my mad 5th form chemistry teacher, quite some time ago.

Sadly brain may be on the right track. Sometimes in big fires here we get dozens of people who are 'missing', only to be accounted for later. However, those are fires that cover huge areas & large numbers of homes, so a few days of confusion is understandable. This is a small town & a contained incident. My bet is that most of those unaccounted for now are no longer with us. Hope I am wrong, but I don't think I am.
