This is a totally disingenuous line of questioning. Trying to get talking point.
I am not an ammunition expert...but I am more than qualified to run the Army's automated ammunition system.
This is for someone to run a federal agency and not to know the intricate level of details within his agency. There is a reason why we keep functional experts in employment in these agencies.
