What We've Learned About The Biden Administration From His Staffing Choices So Far,
    by Perry Bacon Jr, fivethirtyeight.com

    Nov 24, 2020 https://fivethirtyeight.com/features...hoices-so-far/

It's back to normal – at least as far as Biden's staffing is concerned.
    Traditional. Experienced. Mainstream.
“The most traditionally qualified people for [the] job, as previous presidents have done”

Biden is trying not to annoy his party's left wing.
    “a center-left administration”
“people who are at the midpoint of the Democratic Party”

Biden is also trying not to annoy Republicans too much.
None of his selections are anyone Senate Republicans are known to strongly oppose.

Overall, Biden is living up to his diversity commitments.
    Female mixed race Vice President
    Female Treasury Secretary
    Female National Intelligence Director
Cuban American Secretary of Homeland Security
    Female White House Counsel

That said, there's less diversity among the positions with the most power and access to Biden
    Centrists, not leftists.

So where's all this leave us?
“Biden looks like he's trying to fulfill his unstated-but-obvious goal of making the U.S. government boring again.”

Three cheers for normal and boring!
    Trust me?
    I'm an economist!

        From your link:

"Also standing next to Psaki is Russian ambassador Sergey Lavrov, who caught attention for an Oval Office meeting in 2017 where President Trump controversially shared U.S. intelligence with him."

But yeah, let's worry about someone wearing some Soviet-chic trinkets instead of Trump blabbing US intelligence secrets directly to the Russians in the fucking Oval Office.

Oh hey, remember this shit? Don't recall you being bothered by it in the least.

What kind of scumbag piece of shit president salutes a North Korean general that was himself only going for a handshake? Notice how Trump's "love", Kim Jung Un, is like "What the fuck is he doing?"

“He was the most prodigious personification of all human inferiorities. He was an utterly incapable, unadapted, irresponsible, psychopathic personality, full of empty, infantile fantasies, but cursed with the keen intuition of a rat or a guttersnipe. He represented the shadow, the inferior part of everybody’s personality, in an overwhelming degree, and this was another reason why they fell for him.”

Yes Soviet “trinkets” while meeting with the highest level Russian (former Soviet) diplomat. Nothing to see there. Refocus on whataboutism. Since where on it how about Obama conducting a toast during the UK’s National Anthem at a State Function in their country while also in the presence of the Queen?

Trinkets versus blabbing intelligence secrets. Yeah, you've got your priorities in order.

I'm sorry, you want me to defend Obama? Seriously? You are so fucking deranged.

What pray tell is this intelligence secret that you speak of?
if unable to cite, the derangement issue may be yours.

As if you give a shit one way or another.

President Donald Trump discussed classified information provided by a U.S. ally regarding a planned Islamic State operation during an Oval Office meeting on May 10, 2017 with the Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and the Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak, providing sufficient details that could be used by the Russians to deduce the identity of the ally and the manner in which it was collected, according to current and former government officials. The meeting had been closed to the U.S. press, although a photographer from the Russian press contingent was present. The disclosure was first reported in The Washington Post on May 15, 2017. White House staff initially denied the report, but the following day Trump defended the disclosure, stating that he has the "absolute right" to "share" intelligence with Russia.

The report was described as "shocking" and "horrifying" by some commentators and former U.S. intelligence officials. According to current and former U.S. officials interviewed by ABC News, Trump's disclosure endangered the life of a spy placed by Israel in ISIL-held territory in Syria. The classified information Trump shared came from a source described as the most valuable of any current sources on any current external plotting, according to The Wall Street Journal.

“Islamic State Operation”? By them or against? The meat and potatoes appear to be lacking. That is some crack reporting there.

And there we go. Goalposts officially moved. Just skip to the end and say it: "Donald Trump could shoot someone on Fifth Avenue and I wouldn't care". Go on. Show some balls for a change and be honest.

The Israeli's had someone working inside ISIS/Daesh. They had told their 'partners' (the US) about this as it was relevant when the US was bombing ISIS/Daesh. It was shared info on a trust basis. Trump told Lavrov. Muscovy was/is hand in hand (or hand in glove) with Assad. Allegedly the Israeli's had to pull their guy out due to this info getting back to Assad. He should not go telling foreign adversaries US intel - particularly when it came from allies who one imagines must have been more than 'mildly upset.'

Israel had/has assets inside ISIS.That is a revelation. The Russians need Trump to find that.Boy,that is dumb.

Anyone buying this crap has no idea how intel is shared and disseminated, even between allies.

You’re free to hit Picard’s head on the table.Doesn’t make the claims discussed less idiotic.

Apparently you missed the part that was bolded:

"...providing sufficient details that could be used by the Russians to deduce the identity of the ally and the manner in which it was collected"

This is not the same thing as "Hey Israel has assets inside of ISIS"

You mean the "allies" that attacked American positions with its mercenaries and put out bounties on the heads of American troops?
