  • Joining the Marine Reserves!

Yep, went and saw my recruiter today and started the process of becoming a Marine. Heard what the Marines could do in my life and I was very pleased by what they had to say. Considered the Army, but I didn't get a good impression from the recruiter. I take the ASVAB and my physical next Friday.

You mean you don't find it fulfilling to wash that little hat and iron cammies all day?

Off the topic, TH. Besides, it would not take an untrained monkey all day to iron cammies.

On the topic, history is no indication of who I would marry...or not marry for that matter.

Seems your thread had been hijacked for a moment...

Congratulations and I wish you all the best.
