    (moved from the Pub)

But, unfortunately, at today's prices, one can only fire them occasionally.

Was just looking at the cost of .308 on a site. The best, in stock price, was about $.725 a round at the single box level. OUCH!

Now, of course, in the dog eat dog world, it is possible to go lower. Possible in the dog eat dog world, impossible in my world. That is, I have an arrangement for deliveries with a business owner who once fought against the Russians and won't buy from them now, so I don't buy Russian.

SIGH, how we miss "The Happy Times"..........................

    Interesting world.

Yesterday, I got email from one place saying they were selling S&B 9mm at 15.99 a box.

Today, I see they are sold out. Well, that's a sign of of our times, right?

BUT then I went over to an auction site and see someone is selling a case of S&B at 16.99 a box cost.

    I'm sure it's just a coincidence.......right?

Thank you, I will look through it.

As far as the auction house goes, relax; I'm not buying there. If they want something that is like cash and won't take a credit card, it sets my alarms off.
