I no longer shoot weapons...did enough of it in the Army. Once you have blazed away with an M2 .50 cal for about 2500 rounds in one setting or gone through about 250 round sof 25mm from a BFV, anything else is pretty boring!!!

I hear that ....... Automatic Weapons and Explosives :))

Truly tragic. I hear a lot of gun owners in CA also suffer from these "boating accidents." ;)

I personally sold all my good stuff when I saw the incoming ban in 1994. I kept my pistols and a few long arms that I know won't be banned in the foreseeable future...lever action rifle, pump action shotgun; side-by-side; and a mini-14.

          AAHHHHH HHAAAAAA!!!

There is a free paper that shows up in our driveway and Confed has been throwing it away. The other day I asked that he bring it in so that I could look through it. I almost threw it away myself when I saw it was the Saint Charles Republican ...but then a headline on the front page caught my eye....
THL here's the perfect purse gun for you.

I have been poor, and never owned more than the list shown, keep your unit in your pants and you will have more money to spend on toys and not Child Support, so I have not added to that list since I bought the M39 in 92 or 93 ....

Oh and the Type 14 came home from the Philippines with my Grandfather

I didn't mean to offend you. I was just poking fun at your statement because it's we Californians don't trust our socialist overlords.

Oly (lower only)ar-15 w/all kinds of cool stuff on it. hand picked parts-lots of one off mods on it.

My wife is a lefty so She has a dpms(upper and lower only) left hander ar-15.
                    built that one myself too.

I also just got her the new fn .45 for a secondary. Its fully ambidextrous and a nice shooter. load all 15 rds in it and it doubles the weight of the gun though. and she doesn't look a dork anymore shooting a right hander.

                    12ga moss w/ext mag

Marlin 45-70 for deer huntin' or whenever I feel like dislocating my shoulder!

taurus millenium pro 24/7 small one in .45 for concealed carry.

                    Colt 1911 series 70 stainless(old dogs hate new tricks...mostly)

                    marlin 22lr

stevens mod 311 side by side 12ga

and last but not least and probably my favorite. A Randall .45 service mod(only 2500 made) with a custom detonics heavy barrel(not many made). As far as I know it is probably the only one like it anywhere. I think the orig owner had set it up for to shoot .45 super. I had to take out one of the two recoil springs to fire factory ammo. One day I might load up some super, put the spring back and see what happens.

                    • Oh I forgot to mention on my last post (All this gun talk gets me excited). Gunnut, that is a sweet lookin Garand. Glad to hear its a shooter. I think we should shoot all our guns till they cant shoot anymore, THEN put them in a museum and build some new guns to shoot!................ Did I mention I like to shoot? I take my Randall out all the time and my buddies think I should be saving it like a virgin that never gets old that I could sell someday for a few more bucks than what I got in it. To heck with that..... What else would you do with a virgin? (besides throw her in the volcano).

Thank you. I like to shoot, but it's kinda expensive around here and inconvenient. Commies have closed the desert to save some turtles so I can't go there no more. Shooting at paper target is just not the same. I don't want to hunt. I think it's cruel to the animals. So I go to the range once in a while to shoot at paper, even though it's not as fun as shooting in the desert. Maybe I should move to Vegas...
