I don't believe so. I remember that term but don't think I came up with it. It might be cadpipe. He has everything.

Its a lefty!! I couldn't tell. Coolness factor just went up.!

It's a bit "clunky" looking, but it actually shoots like a dream. And If I ever run out of ammo it will make a very substantial club (all that black walnut is H E A V Y!)
Oh I bet! Awesome piece of work!!!:)

This is my Ruger 10/22, semi-automatic 22 caliber rifle. I rebuilt it into this FN P-90 look-a-like (is it an "assault weapon" now?).

Here is one of those guns HK tried very hard to get out of the marketplace. They succeeded, unfortunately, by leaning on one of the parts vendors. HK sucks, but that is a story that is well understood in the business.

I figure this beauty is the the highest performance shotgun ever built that is available outside of a U.S. Navy weapons lab.

This weapon was shipped as a Benelli M1 Super 90 "Tactical".

The issue peep sight came off under recoil during a demo to a police department in New Mexico and the screw in chokes were never a satisfactory arrangement so there was plenty of room for improvement.

Improvements to my Benelli are as follows:

    1. Receiver was drilled and tapped to accept 8 x 40 machine screws.

    2. Rear sight was replaced with a fully adjustable MMC "ghost ring".

    3. Barrel was replaced with a slug blank supplied by E.R. Shaw which was expertly welded to the factory tang. Check out the wall thickness in the detail photo :)) .

    4. Barrel is forcing cone relieved, back bored and "jug choked". Patterns with buck shot are exceptionally tight and great accuracy with Foster slugs combined with the adjustable sight allows this weapon to pinch hit as a large bore carbine out to about 125 yards or more on a good day with the right lot of ammo.

    5. Recoil reducing compensating ports were radially machined into the barrel wall and work quite well. This mod required a slight clipping to the recoils spring, BTW, to preserve functional reliability.

    6. Front sight is a very heavy blade to resist damage and is silver soldered in place. Some well known shotgun upfitters use epoxy and sometimes screws but you want no part of that, I assure you.

    7. Factory fore end was swapped out for that excellent Sure Fire six volt rig. I cannot stress how good these weapon lights are. This particular unit saved me the headache and paperwork of shooting somebody who really deserved it on not one but two occasions.

I had to part with a Beretta 1201 FP3 to fund this project.

All work was performed by Hans Vang and Dennis Levy about 15 years ago (back when the shop was next to the beach and you could get those great tri tip burritos from the place across the alley!)

NOTE: this weapon is not for sale at any price so do not even ask :P .

A couple of fine .22 LR weapons:

That is one of the first Ruger 10/22T rifles. These are not shipped with iron sights so I had to run out, by a cheapy Weaver base and rings and mount the only glass I had in inventory at the time: a 3.5 x !0 Leupold "Law Enforcement" scope.

This rifle is currently zeroed for 150 yards and has done good work on varmints beyond 200 with standard velocity, 40 gr. LRN ammunition. It is amazing what that big glass does and the target turrets are even more useful with slow, little bullets so I never switched it out.

Using a .22 LR at ranges far beyond what most people think can be done is a good way to earn free beers :) .

The handgun is a Beretta Model 87 .22 LR.
