Insulting Canada or Australia? How about insulting the members of WAB with this drool?
Sir this is what I say. You are talking about "insulting" Australia and Canada while this is the very first truth about 90% kids doing primary education in these countries? I may at least guarantee about Australia as I have lived in Australia for over 10 years. And here the question is, why do we say it 'insulting' or ‘shameful’, which is the very first truth about over 90% kids of Australia and if something is shameful then why do they do this? And what I meant to say, if they themselves feel 'shameful' to say that even Mr Jesus Christ wasn’t sure about his father and he preferred to claim that he directly came from sky, while being shameful, and he stood on his claim even that time also when Jews hanged him, as he also never wanted to accept this shame haaaaaaa

Sir, we do make few jokes in our own way but it is a serious problem and we would think about it. I have seen Single Mother of 7-8 kids sitting on the side of road if something got happened in her house or she didn’t get welfare money on time. As, Australia is not the society like India where father earn whole life and pay for the expanses of his kids. Australia is a country where middle class and the class below it generally forget what they did with any girl and the girls also don’t remember who exactly was father of any of her kid and only money from welfare is the reason why kids of Australia don’t beg on the streets. We used to even talk there that its high qualified migrants who do 100k+ jobs and pay high taxes which is then used to feed these kids, and also for the lifestyle of ‘baby boomers’ otherwise condition of these Australian kids would be worse than many in India who beg on the streets. And this is what I said in my last post, if India may also become a country like Australia then how will these Single Mothers and their kids of unknown father may feed themselves as Indian civilians don’t get welfare/ free medical etc like Australia?

Sir Im just contributing from my side, its not about insulting any society. Its more about discussing the problem and finding its solution. And I may advise that Indian government must not let Western culture come in India until they may come in the position to feed kids of Single Mother. People like Salman Khan, Akshay Kumar, rich businessmen etc. can have many luxuries in life as they may afford that but a common Indian civilian can’t have this type of life. Indian government just can’t afford a society of ‘baby boomers’ so we won’t invite this type of culture which we can’t afford in India, that’s what I only tried to say. thanks

Sir its not about the number of days I may stay on WAB but its more about the reasons behind keeping WAB for years if we lose those members who may contribute quality ideas on the different issues. I do get free time right now but the same won’t be true in future and I would try to always say something in my every post. This way, I do believe that I may share many ideas/ learning of myself which may make many discussions exciting. Any country, society or group is made by its people who make their country/ society/ group proud by their talent. and here, we may have quality in our forum by having quality thoughts of quality members only. I would even advice to WAB administrator that they would appreciate a member for even one quality idea he may share here on any topic. thanks

So, basically, what you're saying is that Western cultures are immoral and regressive? And that India DOESN'T already have this problem because they're Hindi? Have you ever been to Bangladesh or New Delhi? So, Western culture is evil and depraved? Then why is it that Russia is adopting a Western economic model?

no sir I dont say that Western culture is 'immoral' or 'evil'. No. but few basic points I tell you as below which you would always keep in your mind while inviting this western culture in India.

1st, You can't feed kids of Single Mother like a Western country like Australia. you just can't have a society where migrants would do white collar jobs with 100k+ and pay high tax to bear expanses of kids of Single Mothers of a country like Australia. neither you would invite this 'shame' in India nor you are even capable enough to have this luxury in your society.

2nd, and its a bottom line fact that people feel shame to say father to that person who is the latest boyfriend/ husband of his mother. Sir this much cultural background I brought with myself that I never have enough strengths to date any single mother in front of her kids of previous ‘boy friends’, while I knew it doenst matter them. Neither to any women who bring new bf to home nor to her kids who are habituated to see this usual things. You just can’t imagine this type of lifestyle in India…….

3rd, I have seen few beating a person when I was visiting New Zealand during 2 weeks tour. The reason behind it was, he said a women my 'wife' and other got insulted by that statement of that person as they generally say ‘girl friend’ to their partners, not 'wife'. That person was also an European man but he finally apologized to that group also. While those people even tried to little insult wife of that man also to prove she is also one of the girls, other had in that bar. Sir, I have seen young people of Australia hating those who say their partner ‘wife’ not ‘girlfriend’ as it hurt them. I have seen that those people who generally change with different girls, had 7-8 fathers/ mothers, try to get women of those people who want to continue with only one wife in their life. Can you imagine a society where gf specialists people will start trying for the wives of those people who want a wife in life, not girlfriend? i havnt visited even a single b'day party in AUstralia where we didnt meet 7-8 mothers fathers of that person. they generally keep changing whole life and this way their kids now have
over 7 to 27 mothers fathers.

4th, a country like Russia can have magic to have skills by themselves regardless what lifestyle they have but the society of US/ UK/ Australia/ Canada type countries can’t have high to low skills in their society from the culture they have. We used to discuss about the ‘competitive products’ in our management classes in Sydney while it’s a bottom lime truth that if your country want to make ‘competitive products’ then you first have to have ‘competition’ in your schools also and then you may have high 'cut off' for your institutes like IITS, IIMs etc and have a look on the schools of Australia, there is only one competition in these schools, who had how many girlfriends and how good he is in different sports and how good body he may then make to impress girls to have fun in life. The kids without father can’t have good education, its truth which we know in India and consequences of absence of father, I have seen in Australia. Under high school pass people can’t develop technologies and US have high techs because of high qualified migrants only. As, how under high school passed people may develop technologies?

Sir, no matter what type of lifestyle you have, you do have to think about the outcome of any change in your society. Russia has as much minerals and so low population that they encourage population growth by new welfare programs but you can’t. so, neither you can afford this type of luxury in your society nor you want a society of under high school pass people. Nor you may imagine a day in India when people habituated of different girlfriends will start targeting wives of those who don’t fall in this category. Everyone knows this is a shame, whether he is a Western person or an Indian, but Western society have got this shame but Indians haven’t yet. and therefore, we won’t reach this level, so you have to prepared to face this challenge of consequences of inviting Western culture.

Yep. With a lot of problems.

Australia's and India's colonial status and single parent kids there has something to do with it

Please check my posts #290 and #294 on this topic and the references I gave in these two posts. We find none of the customers of F35 would buy it for next 5-6 years until they may see the final outcome of this project, whether F35/JSF may reach ‘fitness landscape’/ the minimum performance required to accept it as a frontline aircraft, which they haven’t reached yet, as per the news we have till now. But yes the concept behind 5th gen aircrafts is quite impressive and Russia/ China has also invested enough in this similar project so its still too early to say it is a failed concept. But we do have to wait for few more years to say anything about F35. But yes it is now clear that we can’t say F35 the best aircraft or very capable, like how we used to talk about it 5-6 years before, its too early………..

                  • You're on a months holiday - and its not just because of your own perverted racial profiling theories inappropriately aired in an aviation thread - in your spare time you can wander back and review your other racial/religious ranting and work out whether you meet the spirit of forum engagement.

If you don't get it, and don't see a need to change, then don't come back.

Here's another small hint for you, when you have a crack at western countries (and in particular your penchant for the anglo speaking nations) then don't assume that people from those countries are "white meat" and fair game. You'd be in for a shock if you knew the anthropological mix of those "western" posters you attempted to engage in or tag by association with some good old pseudo intellectual racial tyepcasting.

Yep, single-parent colonial kids simply can't even get inside the F-35

I think the UK should "bitten the bullet" and gone for the cat-carriers. Every time I see that puzzle-like system of the VTOL engine's doors, I see a malfunction waiting to happen...

Banning for a month has no impact on whether you continue to think that he's funny. Others however didn't. The wonderful thing about private forums is that the owner and the membership community agree to participate in a manner that meets rules and guidance that people elect to abide by and respect.

He is quite welcome to come back as long as he understands and respects those conditions of participation.

I'd argue that if you think that WAB is boring then your motivation for being here must be pretty questionable. :) Especially when someone uses a tech specific thread as a vehicle of opportunity to articulate latent racism (because thats what it is when scrub off the paint)

racists have a remarkable capacity to apply logic and defend their position in the face of opposition. one would hope that you're not becoming an apologist for his looney views on the old colonies....

                            • Actually deleted that post in the interests of returning the thread to the norm. Glad you saw some humour in it. The primary reason I defer to better judgement is that I know very little about systems warfare, besides yourself and a few snippets elsewhere.

Now - as you know, I've been lurking around defboards for over a decade now - and if someone with that exposure can't really begin to appreciate it's importance - how can the general public?
What bothers me so much is that presumably you aren't chicken little. You participate a lot in defence projects and go places. Presumably this is the result of continued high level competence, and that if your participation on public boards is anything to go by the wish to pass on the insight within reasonable bounds for the benefit of others extends outside of work. All that says to me is that there is a whole segment of people well versed in your line of work. Almost smack bang in the centre of defence logic (for want of a better word). Everything within reason is identified, examined and becomes part of a system that is designed to work. Everything has to be quantified - and then, you have everything turned on it's head. For what? Was it so someone could make a surplus. Were they willing to damage a long term structured system that probably shouldn't be.

As I said. I can't understand it. What can be done to fix the non-core approach? If anything? Kev guarantees an increase in expenditure in real terms. Ooops.... thats no longer needed now. I know this isn't really JSF related. It's hard to talk about systems on an aviation thread.... thank you for the subs response.

It is found that F35/ JSF is a true stealth fighter like F22 and can be used for special missions but its cant be used for dog fights like 4+ combat aircrafts. It may be possible that Australia may buy few of them but they won’t let its air defense dependent on this aircraft, like how they have planned to buy 100 F35 with 24 Super Hornet at present, a total of 124 ‘only’ 4++ and 5th gen aircrafts they would have by 2030, as per their current contracts. But now they are made to ‘think again’ about making their air defense dependent on only F35 as the news we are getting about F35 isn’t good. It may be possible that US may itself buy only 100-120 F35 for special missions only where the true stealth features will be the key, like how they have only 87 F22, but US may not buy this aircraft in big number like how they have planned right now to replace their fleet of F16. And the same Australia may also do and buy only few of F35 for special missions only F35, but they are first waiting to reach this F35 project to final stage and then they will decide.

Also, we have news that F35 projects may be well delayed to 2018, so why to hurry?
Sonny when you return are you trying to say that the F-22 can't dogfight? As in a maneuvers gunnery fight within visual range, or are you saying it isn't air to air capable? Because I can assure you it can do both, though the F-22 pilot that gets into a gunfight with another fighter or group of fighters save in very odd very dire circumstances is going to have his ass chewed into next week. The F-35 is expected to be almost as capable on the air to air front though not all variants are expected to have an integrated gun. Those that don't do have the option of being loaded with a stealth gun pod, however for air to air fighting if you are firing a rotary cannon you are allready in weird land in modern combat.

If you are saying that the F-22 isn't air to air capable please educate yourself as to its history of exercises against 4th gen fighters. The F-35 is expected to be almost as good at manuvering with a better integrated combat electronics suite and information sharing. 4th gen aircraft are still dead before they can get a radar lock though they might get a hint something is around from some angles.
