Probably won't hear too much in US but I would imagine the shit is going to hit the fan in Israel although the Court got it right seeing as how the ultra-orthodox want Arabs gone while their percentage of the population is increasing yearly.

It does to the Ultra-Orthodox but not to the secular citizens of Israel. And as we have seen, not the Supreme Court of Israel.

A little dated but this mid-May article is saying 2 USN destroyers. And I suspect they are to provide air defense from both Hamas rockets and Houthi drones. The Houthis would love to impact events directly in the Med.

Yep, currently something like 12% of the population (and rising). And a second important component of the Court's decision was that any Yeshiva that refuses to release its students for national service is to have its State funding terminated. Looks like the hornets nest has been given two very firm kicks.

As per the title the article states the flights in question are going to Beirut, not Tel Aviv. So unless the the British Government and the MoD have lost their collective minds they are NOT delivering arms or equipment to anti-Israeli militias. If equipment of any kind is being flown in? It's probably medical supplies and other equipment for the use of the Lebanese Army and emergency services with an eye to improving their preparedness for mass casualty events. As for military supplies? The Lebanese Army couldn't hope to prevent a full scale incursion by Israel even if the UK handed over every piece of spare kit it has left (which is almost zero thanks to years of under investment and well Ukraine!).

IMO? The Lebanese Army won't be intervening in the event Israel crosses the border to go after after Hezbollah. They don't have the means, aren't deployed to any great extent in southern Lebanon anyway (because they don't want to annoy Hezbollah or challenge its control there) and if the shooting does start in earnest? Will have their hands full just managing a refugee crisis and maintaining civil control in the north. My best guess is that the article is sensationalizing regular military flights being conducted for the purpose of covert diplomatic meetings and the movement of classified assets and information into and out of the country at the behest of the British government and it's allies. So not as alarming as it may appear.

Erdogan says Turkey might enter Israel to help Palestinians

We haven’t heard from Erdogan of Turkey for a while, so one can only hope that his latest announcement is simply a cry for attention.
He has intimated that Turkey is thinking about “entering Israel” to intervene on behalf of the Palestinians. Similar to the way they intervened in Libya and Nagorno-Karabakh.
Now you don’t have to be a expert in international relations to know that “entering Israel” would in no way be similar to their intervention in the two aforementioned states, it would be a direct declaration of war with Israel!
Erdogan knows this, so is simply an attempt to climb on to the world stage and media. Or like with his actions, when he played games with Sweden joining NATO, in other words he wants something:
If serious, then it would be a war between a firm American ally, and a NATO country!
Wouldn’t that be a can of worms!!!
