what he writes is true but incomplete. there's a lot of focus on tech, but the issue is fundamentally people.
strategically, the Ukrainian high command has serious issues with prioritization (this could also be a function of demands from the politicos).
operationally, the Ukrainian brigades still have issues with coordination.
tactically, too many of the Ukrainian forces are still thrown into the fire without enough training (as a result of the strategy).There is a cult of ignorance in the United States, and there has always been. In all seriousness though what the attack does do is put more pressure on Moscow to declare the Crimean Peninsula an no-go zone for valuable Russian Naval assets with exception of supply ships that will have to dock and get offloaded asap before departing.
