Nitin thinks that route should be called the Dalai Lama Highway : )

It's as a result of these roads China makes its latest claim to an area in Bhutan near the Sakteng sanctuary

The joke is the area isn't even contiguous with the present Chinese border but is rather further south and borders Arunachal.

So India is propsing to build a road through this area China claims that will link Gauhati with Tawang by going through Bhutan via Trashigang

Thing is we've wanted to do this for the last ten years but have not got the green light from Bhutan as yet, going by the ten yr old HT article below

Time to revisit this post by Nitin. We can reach Tawang.

And a couple of Shiv's videos

They're not bringing anything mechanised through the fishtails or asaphila - tootung. Their presence seems mostly concentrated near Lhasa which is north of Tawang.

I don't see any roads in the east leading to the fishtails here. Just to Walong and near where the Siang enters India only.

So, what have we done to Pakistan? Our water commisson still talks to them, diplomatic channels are open, Paks are getting visas even now. So, what changed? Nothing. And nothing will change w.r.t China. We're a nation of political loudmouths.

Why can't we give a statement that unless PRC vacates Aksai Chin & Shaksgam valley and all occupied lands, we won't talk to them, and we're ready to fight?

Mate nuke missiles with warheads, and keep them on standby. If we have to go down, we take all of them down, including their terrorist son Pakistan. Can China risk, or, will China risk Beijing, Shanghai etc to win this war? Fcuk no. We have learnt nothing from history.

Onions would benefit. Could be kept for 8 months.

If ice packs are used it could cut down on electricity use.

I'm toying with making long lasting ones.

        According that guy's experiments.

Water, Hydrogel polymer and propylene glycol work best.

He's using them to keep his fishing bait which he launches with a cannon into the N.Carolina bay

NSA Ajit Doval walks out of SCO meet over Pakistan map showing J&K as its territory | IE | Sept 16 2020

NSA Ajit Doval walked out of the virtual meeting after Pakistan's representative Dr Moeed Yusuf projected in the background the new political map of the country that depicts Jammu and Kashmir as a disputed territory
Moeed Yusuf is in the same meet as Doval ?!?

Just learnt he's special assistant to Imran on National Security these days (!)

I'm not sure i fully understand what you're saying but when you cross the Chinese border into AP the land goes downhill.

            Yarlung becomes Siang becomes Brahmaputra.

Now, to enter India they have to come along weaving routes.

This time we are not short of guns, big guns or bullets

370 is a welcome step, but Balakote? Seriously? We should have bombed PA's brigade headquarters for the killing of 40+ CRPF personnel. Killing terrorists doesn't send any message to the establishment of Pakistan. Killing PA would.

Thought you knew Moeed was in Pakistan, doing the PA's bidding. Changing maps, trolling the Indian NSA doesn't mean anything. For 70+ years they had a dream of taking Kashmir. They lost Bangladesh in this process. Pakistan stands to lose more.

They got the message don't you think

                        it's also de-escalatory.

Pre-emptive non-military strike we said. People did think we were being overly cautious.

Remember the objectives, as Hooda said, go after their morale and show them the PA can't protect them.

Same plan as the one in 2016.

Maybe next time we go further

Didn't expect he would share the same stage as Doval

                        • Bhutanese have to deal with PLA on two sides. Western side Indian troops are with them but they are on their own on the other side.

They take them some booze, cigs and food. Keeps relations calm. They think those troops are corrupt and like to be corrupted.

Gives time to prepare for something. What ?

Whoever told you that is untrue. The first thing to do during hostilities is to take over commanding heights.

Pakistan has an unlimited number of uneducated, drug addicts, which they churn into islamic jihadis. Churning won't stop, unless churn masters are obliterated.

It's good. Hack was in US, now in Pakistan for some Pakistani rupees. He leaves Pakistan, as soon as war breaks out. Typical of Pakistanis to run away from a fight.

Shiv's second video above says the PLA camp is at 4,300m and the Bum La post is at 4,600 m

                                Fine. Not much height there.

There are no Chinese roads leading to the fishtails according to Shiv's videos so i'm wondering what's going on there.

It's a long trek to the fishtails as well. You could send a few hundred guys there i guess who will be met by their counterparts on our side

                                Not much surprise there then.
