Terrorism is contained within Kashmir. There are rambo Kashmiris who're picking up guns against the state. Let those terrorists do the same at funerals in Kashmir. Why should we care? Pak/terrorists get a bad rap if they do. Let Kashmir burn until it becomes unmanageable for the Pakistanis. We then do the clean up.

Its quite clear why there is a raid, its tit for tat for the sake of army morale.

Kill 20 soldiers in a go, you get a raid. Happened at Uri and same number lost in Manipur.

Kill over a 100 civilians with bombs or other and the result is more ambigious (!) at least this has been the case in the past.
Kill 1 in India, if convicted one gets life imprisonment.
Kill 2 in India, if convicted one gets life imprisonment or death.
Kill 10+ in India, one becomes a politician and lives a life of luxury.

Good if they are putting up additional resources. Artillery strikes will cause much more casualties.

Continued terrorism needs a brutal response. Indian jets should carpet bomb those locations.

          • Qureshi calls for UN probe into Indian atrocities in IoK

From 1947 - 2011 (when Bin Laden was found eating Mutton Biryani & watching Sunny Leone in action in Abbottabad, Pakistan - courtesy Pakistan Army), Pak was in US camp, on and off. Nothing substantial came out of that engagement, with a Superpower on their side. What makes these buggers think, UN matters now? Kashmir is a done deal, according to the Shimla Agreement. Why is it a done deal? Because you idiots thought you're a martial race, that you're better than those smelly, skinny, dark-skinned Bengalis of East Pakistan, refused to share power and went full genocidal on those poor people. It's bilateral, you dumb terrorists, because you lost the war, your ARMY hid their tails between their legs and meekly surrendered to the Indian Army, like you've always done, and signed on the damn document.

It's tragic that 10% (probably) of these rabid islamic idiots are running the discourse in Pakistan for over 70 years now earning the reputation of terroristan.

            • ADB set to provide Pakistan US$7.1 billion for inclusive growth

When the F will Indian bureaucrats start doing their homework? This should have been a case closed from the onset.

Japan+US+India+Australia+Canada+SKorea = 53.729% of ADB. Jeezzzz, such national incompetence.

Ah, looks like the Paks won't be needing that IMF bailout after all.

They are trying everywhere. IMF, ADB, KSA, US, China. Like a shot in the dark, expecting someone to provide alms into their begging bowl. A lot of whatever amount they get will go to the PA, and some also to the terrorist training centres that have mushroomed in Pakistan. A country that could have done better than India economically, could have been a face of moderate islam, better infrastructure than China have been led to beg for 70 years. Militarily and economically. They have no future.

                  • It will be interesting to understand why the ADB thinks they deserve a loan as large. ADB is Japanese led.

Do the Japs want to compete with CPEC in Pakistan ?

People say there is no alternative to BRi or CPEC, well here is one instance at work.

Maybe this explains the agreement with the other stake holders.

                      Japanese led, yes.

                      Japan(15.68) + US (15.57) > 30%

Going for any loan, IMF or ADB, will mean opening up of books related to Pak's debt crisis, which is auditing of CPEC projects for scrutiny. Pak needs $12 Billion, while IMF is offering the same, ADB is offering significantly less. I am not sure what to think of this move right now.

                      • Pakistan, Kuwait fail to reach accord on lifting visa curbs

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan and Kuwait have ended talks without reaching a major breakthrough in dispute over visa restrictions, which has hampered cordial relations between the two Muslim countries.

The fourth meeting of the Joint Ministerial Commission (JMC) ended in Islamabad on Thursday without signing of an agreement on lifting visa restrictions on Pakistani nationals. The huddle was co-chaired by finance ministers of both the countries.
