Honestly the part that got me was this:
North Korea’s fighter planes are ill-equipped for air-to-air combats at long distances. but they can hold their own in close-quarter air [sic] combats ... In about 5 min, hundreds of MiG21s and F-15s would be swirling in the skies over Korea.US air-to-air missiles would be of limited use and effectiveness, because North Korean MiGs would approach the US planes in close proximity and commingle with US planes, and air-to-air missiles will become useless and machines guns will have to be used.
...I'm sure someone else can come up with a more clever response than myself.

In other words, NK's reckless ways is now directly harming china, question is what is the CCP leadership going to do about it?
U.S. F-22 stealth jets join South Korea drills amid saber-rattling
The United States sent F-22 stealth fighter jets to South Korea on Sunday to join military drills aimed at underscoring the U.S. commitment to defend Seoul in the face of an intensifying campaign of threats from North Korea.

We should see something happen in another part of the world rather soon enough.
Reason: NK cannot be so dumb to threaten the south and the US with the crap they have.
China feeds and arms them, hence NK will do what China commands.
Something major will happen in another part of the globe where Chinese interests matter.
