Now, that is straight WEIRD. Not the idea of photographing it, but...Originally Posted by TopHatsLiberal
Anyway, here's why I think it's weird:
I was on temporary duty in the UK, and had a LOT of time off. One day, chillin' in my billetting room, I'm watching one o' them cool Beeb nature documentaries, and they're talking about man-eating tigers in India. Seems that one case involved the loss of a Japanese nature photographer that got impatient waiting for his guide to 'gear up' and get going, so he just took off on his own. Never came back. Search party found his camera and some bloody scraps of clothing. When they developed his film...there was a perfectly-focused and center-framed picture of the killer: a big female Bengal, completely airborne, mouth agape, claws out, eyes fixed on the lens, as if to say, 'Here's your picture, baby!'
They showed the photo on the program, and it was beautiful and terrifying. The man died for his craft, and his last picture was absolutely perfect. I saw it again at the Tampa Zoo last summer.

And we can hold you indirectly responsible for her actions, can't we? I mean, YOU are the one who left her up there in the freezing desolate cold. She's YOUR spin-off, what do you expect?Originally Posted by TopHatter
