Pffft....32 waist is still a bachelor's waistline. My husband is a 38 and I have to put him on a diet when his britches start getting too tight.

I do love to cook. But as we both know, most women exercise self-discipline with eating to watch their weight, whereas men do not. It is a ritual I have every September and lose 10 pounds because I know I'm going to pig out during the holidays.

And I can set my clock in January to have gained back that 10 pounds.

Well, as we all know, men are pigs.
So it just stands to reason that men wouldn't excercise self-discipline at the table

I've been hovering between a thirty one-thirty two waist depending on if it's summer or the holiday season/bad winter, and that's with half a thyroid gland that's been acting strange since April. (Feh! The overactive half was at least consistant
