A beautiful weapon and probably our most accurate. Oh, DPICM projo held 180 bomblets. A single salvo from an 8" battery would put 1080 bomblets on a target. Took time-on-target to a whole new level.

As a Infantryman I can honestly say " Me Likeee M110!!!"

And S-2, you left off one other artillery piece the Gunny used in his career...but I fixed that.

    The M-240 MLRS.

Each rocket holds 677 bomblets. 2 rockets from one launcher puts down more steel rain that a 8in Battery. And each launcher carries 12.

    Rockets & Pigs

    "...The Pig."

    Seriously unforgivable.

    "The M-240 MLRS..."

Yup, the need to shoot destruction missions with a M78 C.P. fuze seems over.
