Sorry dude, deleted before I noticed you replied...
By the way, why did you write "austere"? I originally wrote "awesome"![]()
Meddle not in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup.
Abusing Yellow is meant to be a labor of love, not something you sell to the highest bidder.

A very good friend of mine swears there is nothing finer than a Burmese Cheroot. He advises not to waste money on the 5¢ version, as better quality is available for about 1/10th that price.
My own view is that the contents are mainly the sweepings off the floor of the tobacco factory, complete with scraps of paper, bits of hair and the occasional wood chip that burns hot, pops loudly and “ventilates” your clothing wherever it may land. The "filter" is rolled paper, always recycled such that taking the butt apart will yield newsprint, handwritten notes or other interesting discoveries.
One is bad; two are nice; three are a guaranteed hangover the next morning.
My own preference is for Davidoff mini cigarillos, although I rarely turn down a fine Cuban cigar.
Today I am smoking a Cuban (I have aquired 4 from a recent trip to Cuba by some friends), Smoked one of the two little Monte Cristo #4's last night, it was very strong - nice but not what I like the best. The Pinar del Rio small batch (6 1/4 x 40) came from a little bundle my girl friend's sister got from the farmer. It is exquisite, mild and very rich. I have read that Cubans aren't the best anymore - but this cigar has something to say about that - too bad I have only one - I would smoke these all the time if I could, it is the best I have ever smoked. I have saved the Romeo and Julita Churchill for Monday.
Colonel, I would appreciate your advice about cigars, I am a new cigar enthusist, and lack the insight you have. I have smoked them occasaionally for years, but only this year have I smoked cigars regularly.

Its called Tourist Season. So why can't we shoot them?
The one that never gets made. I know people are into them but I never could appreciate them.
Knowledge is knowing a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is to know to not use it in a fruit salad.
Romeo y Julieta, Churchill. Don't care if it's Cuban or Dominican
