The True Federal Budget Deficit Is $880 Billion

April 21, 2005
Doomer Doug Essay
Timebomb 2000

It is amazing how brazen the New World Order has become in spreading its economic lies. Really, they have concluded no one actually reads what they write in such doublespeak places like Parade magazine. Parade appears each and every Sunday in most American newspapers and you would think they would at least try not to lie so openly about economic matters. Whether this is desperation, imperial arrogance or stupidity I leave for the reader to decide. All I can say is the hour is much later for America than many of the Sheeple think. The April 10th, 2005 Sunday Parade supplement tells me that for sure. The NWO struts about openly now, with no pretense of pretending anything anymore. The lies always precede the tanks my friend.

Now, what got me going on this tangent were several items in the Sunday Parade. The first was the creation of the "problem", i.e. the "budget deficit" and second the NWO solution offered. On pages 4 and 5 we got the problem and on page 16 we get the NWO solution. We get a one page profile of Arnold's wife, Maria Shriver, the NWO's choice for the next first lady. Arnold has "saved" California and now we are being prepared his "saving" the USA in 2008. Absolutely I am saying the linkage of the budget deficit article and the Maria Shriver profile is planned. So, get prepared for a constitutional amendment to have Arnold run for Prez and a media blitz to recreate the "Camelot" of the JFK era. From a NWO standpoint, the compassionate fascism of Arnold, combined with the glitter of the Kennedy clone Maria is a winning ticket. The NWO always hedges it bets. Arnold's run for Prez began in Parade Magazine on April 10, 2005, sixty five years to the day Germany invaded Denmark and Norway for you historical types. Problem, reaction, solution: this is the NWO modus operandi.

The other reason I am writing is I feel somebody needs to explain in a clear manner just how openly they lied in this mainstream media economic article. I know it will do no good in terms of changing the economic insanity called the USA, but at least the lies should be noted. I volunteer.

One of the first things that strikes an amateur economist like myself is the populist title, "Where Does Your Tax Money Go?" Like they aren't part of the same NWO banking elite which has raped the US Republic for nearly a century via the Federal Reserve. The author, David Wallechinsky, plays a cunning game of telling half truths in plain sight, another common NWO tactic. You cannot say the economic info isn't right there before your eyes; nor can you say it isn't obvious to any thinking person what the true economic state of the USA is. What is called truth in the USA these days is really lies in plain sight. The NWO relies on a dumbed down populace and several generations of "educated" people incapable of thinking. Seems to be working for the most part to me.

The article follows tried and true propaganda techniques dating back decades. The first is to explain everything without providing a context. For instance, facts and figures are thrown around with no attempt to explain what it means. We are told the total federal budget will be 2.5 trillion this year. Not true. The federal government operates on a October 1st to September 30th fiscal year. We will have no idea of what the federal government actually spent until well into November. It will certainly be 100, 200 or 300 billion more than the 2.5 trillion listed. But I quibble. Such distinctions are like wondering whether it is better to be hit by a 60mm, or 120mm mortar shell in Iraq. Either way, you are toast.

But enough whining. I will concede Parade is right when they talk about a 2.5 trillion dollar US Federal government budget. And I will even accept their detailed figures of how 75% of taxes are spent:itary, servicing the national debt, Social Security and health care benefits. I will even accept their figures on tax revenue: individual income taxes at $894 billion and corporate taxes at $224 billion for a total of 1 trillion 120 billion. I could point out the fact corporations pay only 20% and the common people pay the other 80%, but who really cares. The time when America was a fair and just economic system was decades ago. Now it is simply an oligarchy of looters and parasites in fancy suits. Parade can put this in plain sight because few will even notice, much less ask the question why.

TSHTF when Parade brazenly states the rest will have to "be covered by payroll taxes and corporate income taxes." For Parade to link regressive payroll taxes for Social Security with corporate incomes taxes is contemptible to put itdly. What is right there in plain sight is this simple fact: $894 billion, plus another $774 billion with Social Security, is bled from the American Sheeple. The total is 1 trillion six hundred and sixty eight billion dollars, out of a total budget of 2.5 trillion. Hidden in plain sight is the fact corporations pay 9% of the total. Parade then concludes with a laughable exhortation called "What you can do"- If you would like to have an influence on the way your tax money is spent, the best action you can take is participate in our democracy. In a word: VOTE." Nope, the best thing we can do is have another revolution and get rid of the parasite class which runs the economic corporation called the USA for its personal enrichment.

Parade has a nice graphic of a colored pie showing where all the money looted from the working and middle classes goes. Where to begin. For starters, Social Security and Medicare/Medicaid are shown as taking 20% of total federal government spending each, or roughly 1 trillion dollars total, or $500 billion each. Since earlier we are told Social Security payroll taxes raised $774 billion we can look at things one of two ways. The first is Social Security is running a $274 billion surplus. The second is to lump all three together, for a total of 1 trillion and thus get a $226 billion deficit. Things get complex here, mostly due to a 1965 law throwing Social Security directly into the general fund, but the point is Social Security by rights should not be included in the total federal government budget at all. It is a dedicated trust fund, a pension plan as it were, and the $226 billion surplus is in reality just deferred spending from a few years down the road. In normal accounting spending it now is called fraud. Under Mr. Greenspan and the criminals at the Federal Reserve it is called normal government operations. So, I will do this. I will take the $774 billion off the table and also the $500 billion Social Security spending off the table. The $226 billion will be held, as it should be, for future payments to future retirees.

What this does is give a much truer federal budget picture. The spending comes down to 2 trillion or so. This includesitary, other, major social aid programs and Medicare and Medicaid. We now have a tax revenue base of $894 billion and $226 billion, our total of 1 trillion and 120 billion dollars to cover spending of 2 trillion. Parade breezily tells us the total budget deficit will be around $427 billion or so. Really? Let's do the numbers.

Parade also shows us that nearly $300 billion dollars isn't even spent for goods and services but merely to service the national debt of over 7 trillion. The parasites at the Federal Reserve have been fed well this, like every past, year. Where do you think the $300 billion goes if not into the private bank accounts of the ruling class?

Continuing on, the true magnitude of the economic farce called the "budget deficit" becomes apparent. In a nutshell the true federal budget deficit is roughly twice what the media tells us it is. Parade tells us it is $427 billion, except it isn't. And the fact it isn't, is plain enough to anyone who merely looks at the very figures they put out in plain sight. If you spend 2 trillion dollars and you only collect 1 trillion and 120 billion that means you are running a deficit of $880 billion dollars, or the difference between 1 trillion 120 and 2 trillion. And that fact is right there in the figures Parade uses to state the federal government deficit is $427 billion dollars. We used to call that lying, but these days it is no big deal. The time when journalists, or journalism, had a sense of personal honor, or a sense of the public good are long past. Downstream journalism, what spews out from the sewage pipe called the American media, sold out so long ago they have self deceived themselves into thinking they really haven't. Pathetic.

So, my dear reader, using the figures Parade magazine and the rest of the media uses, they come up with a $427 billion federal budget deficit and I come up with an $880 billion dollar one. Adding the trade deficit, $600 billion last year, we get a total of nearly one point five TRILLION dollars in combined trade and budget deficits for one year. Now you understand why the fiat dollar is receding faster than Mr. Greenspan's hairline. By the way, the trade deficit is running at a $60 billion a month rate for an annual rate of over $700 billion in 2005.

An economic collapse is well underway. It is too bad Parade's "investigative reporter" Mr. Wallechinsky didn't investigate that. But then like Ted Koppel is quoted as saying, "We don't do investigative reporting anymore." The NWO owns the United States media down to the brie cheese and white wine. $880 billion to the dime is the true federal budget deficit. To the dime.

Until I begin feeling my pocketbook getting a little lighter, which I haven't, I pay no attention to crap such as that.

Another doom and gloomer. Time to drink the koolaid with Jim Jones. Worrying about a few extra zeros on a huge debt isn't worth the energy. If you're crying about the end of the world in the United States, just think about the poor saps living in some real stinkhole everyday!

Dump all of the stuff the government shouldn't be doing, entitlements and social control, and there would be a surplus. Think it's bad now, wait until socialized medicine comes to pass...
