I tried several times to write a short summary of this article, but the subject was just too freaky so you have to read it for yourself. I am not really sure how SFW or SFA the link is (it is a blog about Censorship in Australia, no nudity)

They just want to ban "simulated" child porn. Young girls usually have less developed breasts, so some people use girls who are over 18 but with small breasts to simulate that.

Australia always seems to be big on censorship, IIRC didn't they ban Left for Dead 2 (a pretty violent but fun videogame) because the censor's office's highest rating is 15+ and they felt it was too mild a rating?

Porn is a different matter altogether, and it's a welcome move in some ways, but in other ways it's silly and how long until there's some stoopid lawsuit about 'the government discriminating against me based on my knockers'?

Child Porn is something that can and should be tackled mercilessly, simulated porn is legally iffy because what if it's just Mrs A-Cup in a regular porno with absolutely no references or inuendos to her being under-18?

How can you say it's simulated child porn unless you assume everyone looking at it is getting off on the idea of her being a kid, something that's impossible to prove?

It's too messy to have a blanket ban on, imo, personally I favour limiting the age at which you can legally appear in porn to 21, but that's just lil old me.

I have to admit that some young women do need a slight enhancement to lift their breasts. What I don't like are enormous breasts that would make a Dairy Cow jealous or those that are as big or bigger than cantaloupes (and just as hard) filled with silicone jel.

I like natural breasts. Even if they are small (providing the lady's figure is also slender). Some Asian women look much younger than they really are due to their petite size and small breasts. So it's hard to tell with some people what their age is depending upon the size of their breasts.

Nor can you tell if a young lady is underage if she doesn't have any pubic hair. Many models not only shave but have some surgical work done to eliminate the "flaps" of excess skin in that area.

As for breast sizes, one friend of mine noted that "Anything more than a mouthful is wasted anyway."

The British Standard Handful, or BSH, is a measurement of breast size. It is a pure measure of volume; issues of shape and form must be considered separately.

One BSH is defined as the amount of breast that could be held by Henry VIII's right hand. In the same way that the average foot is less than a foot in length, the 'British Standard' handful is noticeably larger than the standard British hand. This is not necessarily a bad thing — after all, being short changed is more disappointing than receiving slightly more than anticipated.

The BSH is a far more convenient unit for real world use than its metric equivalent, the cubic metre. Just as it is far easier to ask for a pint of beer than 0.568 litres, one BSH is a much more manageable quantity than 3.1*10-4m3 or 310cm3. This is one of the reasons that the imperial system remains more popular for measuring breasts (the other being that physicists have little to no use for this unit).

In its pure form, the BSH refers to the size of an unrestrained, unsupported breast in its natural state. However, with the appropriate qualifiers it can also be used in refer to apparent size after enhancements (for example, via a padded bra).

In the United States, the Britney is the more popular unit. Unfortunately, the value of the Britney fluctuates depending upon season and outfit. Nor is there a standard Britney locked in a hermetically sealed vault in Paris — this is very much a unit which can be adapted to suit the occasion rather than an objective measure.
