    for the ones who want to quit smoking be sure that you can.. it was too hard for me while waiting for the time not to arrive in the last day of 2007 for my promise to give up smoking..it was 23:59 i was still smoking but at 00:00.. the end..and for 2 years i'm not smoking.
    about loosing weight also the same.. i thought it was too hard for me but i did. i' m sure you can...

    Let me re-phrase that:

    I have never really cared to explore Europe (or as Rumsfeld said, old Europe). However, the more I read/hear about Eastern Europe, I want to travel it more and more.

    Both losing and adding weight is rather easy for me, can't give up smoking though, too hard, hell I even quit drinking hard much more easily, just got back from clubbing and I can still type correctly )
