Gentlemen;
If you chase all the "people" away that we could argue with, what fun am I ever going to have? Now that PDF is gone, I'll be here more, and I want playmates! (Not that kind, Sniper!) As the court appointed attorney for the defense, I urge you to give my client a chance to march through Skokie under his own power. Let him say what he wishes, I implore you! Desist in the use of coarse language. Avail yourselves, instead, of the opportunity to deconstruct his prejudices using only the dispassionate facts. If that doesn't work, then start calling him names. "Remember B.E.F.!"

Shield is a troll. Period. End of quote. He came onto a board brandishing all of the things that the civilized world has depised for the past 60 years. He is a reminder of the greatest crime against humanity ever perpetrated. He may have posted extensively on another board but the Administrators and Moderators on this board do not wish to have his racist views brought forth here, and most of the posters here agree.
His slimey and slick words, protestations of innocence are so transparent I could read an insurance policy through them. He continued to backtalk an admin. despite repeated warnings. Personally I think this board is much better off without him. |

...I'll give you guys the benefit of the doubt, but do we know why he opposes Zionism? I mean, can you really blame muslims for disliking Zionism? Or Jews for disliking National Socialism? Or African Americans for disliking the Klan? Protestants and Catholics disliking each other?
They are all opposing worldviews. I mean, I'm not a big fan of Zionism myself. I have no problem with folks like Bigross here, living and fighting for his homeland. I'd do the same, and expect any true man to do so as well. To each his own. However I do have a problem with leaders putting the interests of their own nations beneath others. Personally, I can't see what is so good about Israel that it deserves all the support it gets from the US. If I was an American, I would be pissed at the amount of money and effort that the US puts into Israel. You all expect Iraq to be the perfectly demure little *****-state now because you 'liberated' her, but what do you demand of Israel? Even when the Sharon goverment tramples all over US requests the US still protects Israel in the UNSC. I mean, what does the US stand to lose even if (at worst case scenario) Israel is crushed? It's not like anyone cared when Hutu and Tutsi were slaughtering each other in Africa (as they still are. Or look at Congo), it's not like anyone cares about the slaughter going on in Rhodesia now. I just don't see where the US's national interest lies in Israel. If anything, I would think appeasing the Arab oil barons would be much more in their best interests, cynically speaking.

Not to start an argument, but too many there are too many fanatics in the Arab countries. If the US ever tried to make peace it would blow up worse than Iraq is at the moment. Israel on the other hand can provide a common front against a common enemy. There's an old Hebrew saying: He who is my enemy's enemy is my greatest friend.
