What vehicles do you own and drive .

What vehicles do you own and drive in this age of petrol prices ,, i personally own a Chrysler Crossfire convertable , i can manage a combined mileage per gallon of about 30 ?( thats when i get the chance to use it , ) i acquired this motor as part of a deal and would not have actively bought one , but a good car nonetheless , ( for a yank that is :P, but with german engineering ) )

Its only done 2.500 miles and is as new only 10 months old , it is for sale if anyone is interested in the U/K , open to offers ?

2008 GMC Sierra 2500 HD truck(4door), good mileage love the Duromax diesel, and Allison transmission, good mileage.

2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8, man that Hemi is something else. Gas guzzler.

2001 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP(2 dr) love this car, that 3.8 v6 supercharged engine is awesome and reliable,.........this car has a habit of attracting RCMP especially on the high way... huge gas guzzler.

and my summer toy a 1970 Mini Cooper S....still a fun car

Confed and I have a Chrysler Town and Country (which he usually drives) and a Jeep Cherokee (which I usually drive). When I got him (Confed) he came with a Silverado, but the addition of the WABaby caused him to have to get rid of that for something that would hold Mini-Me and the WABaby.

I have a Hyundai Accent 2008. After my accident in Mar, that totaled my previous Accent I decided to get another. It get's 32/27 MPG. Primarily used for work, everyday use and everyday Ashley use! She plans on taking it away from me when she graduates! But since it is an inexpensive car ($14,000) she just might get this one. Luckily with the gas prices going down we can fill it up for under $20.00 and get two weeks on one tank!

Also have a Hyundai Sonata 2008. Yes...another Hyundai. It's a nice car but too big for me...I'm only 61"....otherwise it drives real nice! It get's 28-31/19-21 MPG but to fill it up is about $40.00.

I also have a bike...in case of emergencies...such as me being home and both cars being gone! )

05 Yamaha Royal Star tour deluxe(motorcycle)with a few power mods, 120hp on dyno, super fun bike! Gets about 40-50 mpg

05 Jeep wrangler(also with a few mods for power and mileage) gets about 19 HWY on 31x10.50s.

97 Chevy K3500 longbed crew cab single. Its been out of commision since july 4, 07. Cam gear fell off while driving at higway speeds and broke darn near everything in the engine. I have been slowly rebuilding with very high performance parts and by this spring I should have it completed and have a 6600lb, 4x4 truck that has a little over 400 hp/tq and gets 22 to 26 mpg on the hwy. I know, sounds incredible, but it can be done with the right equipment.

Good thread Tankie! I was actually thinking about starting one like this the other day. Very interesting!

I would love to have a Jeep! Hmmm...maybe I'll give the Hyundai to Ashley and get a Jeep for me when she leaves! Then...she'll probably want the Jeep instead!

Thats wierd. My dad has a 1 ton dually crew, 06 Duramax. He gets considerably less mpg than you do. I have a friend with an ex cab, sb, 2500 Dura. Both are 4x4s but my friend spent about $2200 on a performance exhaust, air intake, and programmer. He almost doubled the horses and torque and gets up to 36 mpg Hwy. I know his truck is a little lighter than my dads but stock hasn't made my dad happy. They both pull big trailers which actually make them weigh almost the same, but the 2500 still outperforms the 3500. Have you done anything to yours?
