We couldn't get near any, it appeared to be a very old fashioned male dominated culture. I don't recall even seeing one single woman serving in a bar/restaurant in those small towns. Let alone be frequenting any establishment.

My male colleague did get chatted up by a nice man in a restaurant though, and I was propositioned by a teenage school girl in the street at lunchtime one day in Kakinada!
