Sorry, thats wrong. Geschlecht means gender and cannot be translated as sex (like your sex can be used both ways). You could use Verkehr (traffic) which would have a double meaning in German (sex & traffic). And we put the nine before the sixty (doesnt make anysense, but at least our number system is not as ****ed up as the french one) So Sixty-nine becomes Neun-Sechszig (Nine-Sixty). The position is called the same though (69).

So after believing all these years that "pimmel kopf" means "dick head"......that is not the case
