It appears that the spreading of lolcats across World Affairs Board has become problematic. Not that I would mention the names of those who frequently annoy others by posting them everywhere, but the people who do so know that I am talking to them.

The problem of stray cats all across the WAB is now solved. We will no longer have cats watching Chinese troop movements in Land Forces, no more cats participating in the presidential elections, and no more "Cat forces quiz".

All your cats can now be dropped in this thread especially suited for it.
