Not at all..and oui oui a smuggler, never if I was closer to the south coast I may be tempted. In the UK you can nip across the channel a la France and load a small 30tonne wagon up with booze, and if you say it's for personal use you can bring it into the Country without paying the custom tax.

OK 30tons might be a tad ott but you can bring in lots of booze

Mr Lukins that would be "schlecht" - if your phrase was "it's not so bad." Unless you meant schlect then I need a translation.

When dating, I called her "my vixen" & she called me "studmuffin."

Now that we've been married for eons, I've learned that whenever she raises her voice in anger, she's thinking about me. & it seems that, no matter what I do (watch TV, work on the cars, etc), she thinks that it means I want to talk to her about her friends...

My Wife (long suffering) is "THE MINISTER FOR WAR AND FINANCE", "She who believes she must be obeyed", "Bwanna," as in the jungle movies, "yes bwanna", "The custodian of the pay packet", "My social secretary", "yes dear."

or when I'm feeling very very brave, DRACO, The Latin word for "dragon", also used as a name eg the "last dragon" in the movie Dragonheart.

Draco is not a word that is used while in earshot, I'm not stupid.

I learned a long time ago, that while her underwear does not fit me, for me to "get into her pants", I have to refer to her as. "my loving wife"
