Flames are going to flame out in the first round(my sons at school so I'm safe to say this)because they have to little scoring and hard to believe but their goal-tending is weak too. Ducks vs Devils in the final.
lollll

My emotions have been teased and toyed with, and all you can do is sit there and laugh at me?!!!!!!

The thing with Iginla (calgary flames - one man team) is that theres nothing anyone can do to stop him. The year the flames FINALLY made the playoffs he exploded and became the most dominant player by a long shot. Even more dominant than Forseberg. So its hard for me to count them out that early. Montreal is playing real good hockey, but playoffs are playoffs. No.8 seed could end up going to the stanley cup playoffs. Look at Detroit with their first round upsets. Calgary and Edmonton were both at the bottom of the pile and they found themselves in the playoffs. The west is a bit stacked compared to the east, thanks to Richards going to Dallas and forserberg/foote back in Colorado.

Edit: I was so sure Ducks were going to finals, now im not too sure.

Watch them make the play-offs and make us all look stupid. Islanders still think they have a shot so tonight should be a little more entertaining I hope.

Ahh, you're TOO loyal my dear friend. You still have an itch about them making the playoffs. I've already given up hope, but I'm hoping that i'm proven wrong as well. We'll see how it goes,

Even if it were real, he'd still be playing right now trying to make the playoffs. They're throwing games, which they should've started doing a bit sooner anyways. I wonder if we'll get a good draft pic out of this disaster. Well anyways, no point in watching the leafs Exarecr, can only save my voice for the Flames now.
Looks like the race to the bottom has begun, and the Kings have a 2 week lead! They put LaBarbera on IR and called up Cloutier. My friend is absolutely convinced Cloutier can lose games without looking like the Kings are throwing them. So far, he's right.

Pronger suspended for the final 8 games of the regular season. Good thing the Ducks loaded up on D. They still have Niedermeyer, Schneider, and just called up Bergeron.

I saw the replay of Pronger stepping on Kesler. It didn't look like a malicious hit, but the skate blade is so dangerous that i agree with the suspension.

Ducks won the 2 games that pronger was suspended for. But who wants to take a chance? Not burke. Good thing its the regular season.

You should hear Roenick and Chris Simon talk lol "its a double standard, he's a superstar, simon is not"

The NERVE of these leafs!!!! Where was their "heart" before? The whole season they played like minor leaguers, and now they're playing like the Canada Cup team

I deliberately missed the game, and I get a win?

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr that means colorado or the flames not making it! I will not have any of that Tigger

I'm excited to see forseberg and iginla back in the playoffs. Those two players stamped the meaning of domination.

I managed to get a couple of tickets to see the Flames/Canucks on March 30th. I CANT WAIT!

The NW division is so tight right now its crazy. If the Oil beat the Canucks tomorrow night, they will be THREE points back

Not a very comforting thought to us Canuck fans, or Flame fans, or the Av fans out there ...may as well throw Minni in there as well.

Should be a fun couple of weeks

My son and I are waiting for the Calgary -Colorado game to start in about 25 minutes. This is almost play-off hockey to be sure, and this should be a very entertaining game. Flames have got to get more goal production from everybody to move on. Still have my Leaf jersey hanging around just in case but they play Buffalo Friday and we all know how they play against the Leafs.Tums are stocked and in easy reach. Cheers.
