Some finnish guy? no idea. There are lots of Finnish players in the NHL. And hey, Mike Richards and Jeff Carter are only like 19-21 as well.

I just watched the highlights of the leafs-ducks game When Gill went down, the annoucers were like "he looks like he just got tazed" I couldn't stop laughing hahhha It was after they showed a clip of Kubina dropping down as well ROFL

Same old story. Same results. If only the idiots who ran this team would come down off the mountain where the thin air is so obviously affecting their judgement. It seems every team is aware of the Leafs fragility which only elevates the other guys team to go for the juggler. Tonights clash of the titans(Toronto in L.A.) will finally decide the worst in the league. I think the worse part of all this is the smirks and taunts that go unchallenged by a team that knows its all over for the season before the all star break. This will be the first year I have yet to wear my Leaf jersey and me thinks it will be a little moldy before its used again. Cheers all.

Sorry. I should have been more specific. Some Finnish guy wants to play for the Ducks again. He knows a thing or 2 about scoring goals. He once scored 76 goals in a season to start his career.

I forgot who hit Gill and Kubina. Ducks play a very physical style. They have some pretty big forwards with decent skills too. I didn't know how big Hal Gill is. He towers over Getzlaf.

Ducks was actually missing their best defensive forward. Samuel Pahlsson was out with injuries. He centered the line that neutralized the Spezza line in the finals last season.

Kings are weird. When they're good, they're really good. When they're bad, they're pretty pathetic. We have to see which Kings team show up tonight.

Oh yeah? Selanne wants to make a return? That's going to bolster up the ducks even more. Gill and Kubina fell on their OWN!!!!!! It was quite hilarious. "Looks like he just got tazed!"

Leafs lost again LOL and going to go watch the highlights in a bit on t.v. But great news, Alexander The Great has signed the first $100 million contract in NHL history. He signed for 13 years, and $124 million. Is he worth it? You bet your bottom dollar he's worth it dhammit! He's scored the most goals from the day he came into last nights game compared to ANYONE else in the league right now (and from that time frame).

Yikes, I didn,t think the Leafs would fold as early as they did in L.A. but according to the Leafs in the after game interview fans shouldn,t panic cause theres,s still lots of time left! Excuse me while I fall on my sword but where does this confidence radiate from,or, more to the point, what are these guys puffing on. Good on L.A. because they had the gonads to at least show up. The way Toronto slinked of the ice, tails firmly wrapped between their legs was pathetic. Then we have Ovey with his millions...I only wish they were being spent in Toronto. He,s worth every penny. Leafs in Sharkland Saturday and me thinks it will be ugly again. Cheers to all you hockey fans who actually have a team to cheer on.

Man they deserved better....but they still lost. Just found out Scotty Bowman was almost pegged to take over the ship just before pre-season started but the Leafs group wouldn,t give Scotty the absolute run of the ship so the deal sunk. AS if Scotty knows how to run a hockey team better than the current brain trust in place in Toronto. Kind of like picking Daig over Gretzky. To have had Scotty in charge would have been the miracle on ice this team needs. I still think Scotty is available if only because he has won so much with Detroit the past few years the challenge in Toronto just might interest him. We can only pray. Personally,I think he will be in Toronto sitting in Fergus,s still warm seat within the next couple of weeks.......and no I don,t have a fever. I still think Scotty wants one more challenge or he never would have entertained the notion of talking to Toronto. Time will tell. Cheers.

They want someone to come in like Colangelo (from the raptors). He's turned around Phoenix and he's turned around the Raptors into contendors. Brian Burke is just that, and I think offered the right amount, they could get him. I was watching the sportscentre and thats exactly what they said. Man, Brian Burke is amazing. Getting him would be like "santa claus is coming to town" nothing but gifts coming in. But yeah, 5 straight losses and somethings gotta give now.

Amen. There are so many rumoured changes afoot it's hard to keep track. I still like the Scotty thing they were talking about though like the possibility of signing Burke it all seems to be pipe dreams at the moment. The silence out of Toronto is deafening.

Yeah, they announced it on Sportsnet at noon. Kippy needs a break and Cujo if he plays well can write his own ticket in the off season.

Hmmm, 5 straight losses. I won't be able to take it if Sundin gets traded. I'm being honest. He's the heart and soul of the team; Tucker is not too far off. Trading Sundin will trigger a media frenzy, then disaster for the leafs. I can already hear the chants "Fire Ferggie! Fire Ferggie!"
