2 shut outs in 2 games... I"M LOVING IT!

This is my antidote from the ailing leafs.
I'm American. I just have a love for hockey.

We don't get world junior champion games here. Maybe on pay channel...

Did anyone get this? Miroslav Satan recorded career point No. 666 last Saturday, and surprisingly the world didn't end. He was on a 6 game point streak with 6 points. Dun dun dun!!!

Satan is a very gifted hockey player. Very underrated. Did you guys see the interview with Sean Avery? He was blasting Toronto. He said something along the lines "I hate coming to toronto.... the media is horrible here.... the fans..." but I can't remember exactly waht his words were, but the analysts were like how hes saying all that KNOWING it will get published in every newspaper hehehhe. I can't wait for Tucker to knock his sox off again

Canadian WJ's are playing the Swedes as we speak. Canadians have a 20 game winning streak on the line. The swedes just beat Denmark 10-1 last night

Talk about a third period collapse! What happened. Just as well the Swedes won cause I think Team Canada needed a kick in it,s complaisant butt. To many wins and a little to arrogant and presto, a loss meaning I feel so very sorry for poor Denmark who will feel Team Canada,s wrath monday......... and then there was the Leafs vs the Rangers last nite. It was very close untill they dropped the puck.....and then it was over. The hell with the tums, pass the bottle. Maybe next years team will come through for us in a couple of days. Cheers.

I sat there in disgust, watching the leafs get humiliated. Sean Avery not only pissed us off, he set up the goal that secured our loss (put the icing on the cake). The leafs played the worst game of the season, they played with no discipline. I was surprised at the end result, 6 - 1? Should've been 10-1.

I completely agree that Team Canada had to lose. They were a bit over confident and all you heard was "4th straight gold". This is a wake up call and now its time to show the world what we're really about. Sorry Denmark

R U Telling me no one went, saw or has a comment on the Buffalo vs Pens game held outdoors in Buffalo? Hubby went while the girls and I watched from home. Got to love Crosby winning it for the Pens on a shoot out. He said it was a great day for hockey and an awesome party but the 5 hour drive home took almost 7 with snow flying and cars skidding.

74,000+ fans in attendance, with millions watching around the NORTH AMERICA, it was a fantastic game. I'm from Toronto and I would've loved to go there, but im used to the whole "sold out" so I don't bother since the team I represent is the Maple Leafs. It couldn't have been better with Crosby scoring the game winning goal, and in a shoot out? Thats what every kid dreams about. Anyone know whos next up? I heard theres goign to be outdoor games every year now.

I completely forgot about the game. I woke up at the crack of noon with a headache...and I didn't even drink! I really should stop going to bed at 530am.

Well you might have missed a great game but you are in Toronto-- home of the Hockey Hall of Fame, so that goes along way toward scoring points in my book. I have my pix with the cup. It's a great place to visit although its been a few years since we were there. Heck, all of Toronto is just fabulous, even the subway and especially the people. Love Younge Street, the Leafs and Molson. Great flamenco guitar player there also...Peter Mather's if you get a chance to see him.

Hockey- What woman's name appears on the Stanley Cup?...and do not Google for the answer!

I love my Toronto! If you're not at the newly renovated Eaton Centre walking around, then you're skating on an outdoor arena in Nathan Philip's Square -which is absolutely beautiful. Have you been around the clubbing district? its unbelievable at night, even during these cold winter nights!

I'm an honest man, so I have to say no, I don't know which woman's name is on the Stanley Cup. But if given the chance the answer is just one click away!!!!! I'll let our other hockey bros answer this one

And my money is riding on Gunnut because page 11 of this, he posted upclose pictures of the Stanley Cup itself, with a celebrity
